Images not displaying in ticket body
Having an issue where screenshots are not showing up in the body of the ticket. Attachments are coming through properly. Already tried the reset in the General Settings.

Images not showing in requests by email
When we receive requests by email and a user pastes a screenshot in the message body the images are not coming through to SDP. Instead, they show up as: [cid:17ac303f-0740-451b-91fd-905b3e4d9c46] or some other random number. It is also not showing images in the requester's signature which leads me to believe HTML is not working. I have tested with several different email accounts and browsers. We use Office 365 for our email. Please advise on how we can fix this.

Cannot remove member server
Hi I have a member server I cannot remove. When I try to remove it I get this message: Synced server(s) can not be deleted But I do not know where it is synced from. It show up like this in server list: Because it is synced it does not get imported to Eventlog Analyzer.
Update and License Problem with free standard license
Hello, at first, the Servicedeskplus Support told us to get a solution for our problem in this community forum, because they would not help us without an AMS. We have a free license for 30 technicans, because we use the software for a long time as loyal customer. Because of this, we must/can renew our free license every year for free. Now, we can not upgrade to Version newer then 10 because the update procedure request an AMS-File. We have no AMS-File, because we have a free license without support.
Screenshots not visible in request emails
Hi there, We're using the latest version of SDP standard edition. We have an incoming mail address for support requests. Our users often send requests with screenshots pasted into their emails. The issue is that these do not show up in the request view on SDP at all. If they attach it as a file, the attachment shows up, but inline pasted images do not show up. Any ideas?

Having Issues getting certs on OpManager

Currently running SD+ 11.0 Build 11005 When I mention (@technician) in a task the email the technician receives doesn't properly resolve variable references. Resizing of the remote desktop
When opening the remote view via PMP in a small browser window and afterwards extend it, the window of the remote desktop is not extended/resized. Commen I experiencing this when a Chrome based browser is placing the download status in the footer of the window and I start a remote view. After removing the footer with the download status the remove view to the asset keeps in that initial size.

Hi, We installed the netflow analyzer software under linux oracle virtual machine. Now after some day working on it, we get the alarm "NetFlow Analyzer Disk Free Space is 4GB, configured threshold is 5GB" even when the machine has a provisioned disk of 500GB. i guess the problem comes due to initial instalation of NFA under /opt/ManageEngine/OpManager on primary disk. Is there any way to point the data storage location to a diferent drive without uninstall & install again the whole software?? best

Servicedesk failing after upgrade from 10.0 to 10 sp1
I was upgrading our Servicedesk from 9.4. to the latest 11. I successfully completed the upgrade to version 10.0. I ran another backup, started the next upgrade for 10. SP1. The process keeps failing at about the 15% mark and says it is having problems upgrading DB. Now the helpdesk service starts and the webclient runs but the webpage does not come up. [SD-79498] Organization Details won't save on new install
I have a new installation of ServiceDesk (Free) version 10.5 Build 10504 (June 20, 2019). When I try to edit the Organization Details, in the Configuration Wizard, my information won't save. When I click the Save button, the window redraws and the data is still the default (Name: My Org Inc, Address, Logo, etc). I've tried two different browsers on two different machines with the same results. Anyone else seeing this issue on the latest build?

Hello! I see only 501 addresses in sources or destinations( "Reports-Forensics - Source/Destination" (MA NFA 12.4.099 ). Is this some kind of limitation? Is it possible to increase this value? There are many more ... How can I find out the total quantity on the Conversation tab? Is it possible to export out all at once to the csv?
