we have recently started to push ME MDM out onto iphone 8's the Asset tagging we have set through the profile displays fine on our current ipads and iphones but is not displaying correctly on the iphone 8, has anyone else experienced this? Incorrect Positioning
Reports - Date Picker
Hi There have been date pickers (Calendar Controls) in reporting products for over 20 years. SSRS has it, Cognos has it., Visual Studio, Power BI, etc..pretty much every reporting tool every made has date pickers. Currently you have to pick "last week", "last quarter"....etc. You cannot pick a date range??? Can you please add Date Picker / Selector controls to the reporting module? They are needed by everyone.
Unable to deploy images to Sk Hynix SSD NVMe drives
Dell is using Sk Hynix drives in several models now and we are unable to boot to deploy images as it does not detect these drives. I have tried everything to get the drivers (Dell does not provide them) but no combination of disk/storage drivers will allow the USB Boot drive to see the drives. I can boot from a Windows 10 ISO with no problems. The Desktop Central ISO and USB boot media has no luck. I have even added every driver available on our Desktop Central server with no luck. Desktop Central Mobile app Unable to Reach Server
Hi everyone, I am curious if anyone can point me in the direction of what to look at for a issue with the mobile app. I am playing around with desktop central and I can not get the mobile app to connect to the DC server. Ports 443,8443,8031,8027 are all open. I can access it via the internet through the web address listed under admin-global settings-mobile app and it works just fine with everything working. I at first thought it was because I running through the Forwarding server so I removed it

Admin login for self service
Hi There, In self service I have removed the option to login to the admin login on the default page. Now occasionally when I go into the admin page it goes to the normal login instead. So http://server:8888 works fine for general users though when going to http://server:8888/AdminLogin.cc it still defaults to the main page most of the time. Any ideas? Or is there a different url to try? Damon

File Audit - Dashboards stop showing/refreshing data
Although I can see under the Alerts and Event Logs that File Audits are being processed and registered, when going to the *File Audit tab it shows old data events. It seems it stops refreshing the dashboards at some time. Quick workaround is I have to restart the AdAuditplus service and it starts showing updated File Audit data/events. I'm unable to find an error or significant event under Event logs of the server but can't find any. How can I fix this without having to restart the service every

Can't setup VPN server name with port like hostname:8443
Hi Team, when I try to configure the VPN profile for Palo Alto VPN, the web GUI does not let me put the servername with the port like "vpn.ovel.ru:8443" It does accept the server name without port though, but this will not be a working solution. The Palo Alto VPN client (GlobalProtect) can accept the port ( i can configure it manually). The web gui also doesn't accept any specific app name (on the bottom of the page). Please fix it if possible. Thank you!

I updated to version 7.0.5 from version 7.0.1 and i now receive a message "Unable to send code. Please contact your administrator" for any user that tries to log in. Any ideas how to resolve this?

Installed trial version of SDPlus Standard today and local Administrator is no longer available
Hello, I downloaded/installed the SDPlus Standard edition trial today to pilot the system. During configuration, i was able to successfully connect to LDAP and import all of the users. upon logging out, I am able to login with the local Administrator user account but only as a requestor and not as a full admin. When I run the PSQL command to find local administrator 0 is returned (denoting no local admins). How can I rectify this problem without a reinstallation? I would really like to try this
OpManager 12 problem reading SNMP values from UPS MIB
We have recently began using OpManager 12 from OpManager 11. We are doing a fresh install and migrating our items manually. I have run into a problem with OpManager 12 receiving SNMP data from our UPS system MIBs. It doesn't appear to be able to process or translate the MIB definitions correctly and will not return certain results. ADSelfService Plus - service starts then stops
Hi- I installed ADSelfService Plus build 5811 on Windows Server 2012 R2 (a domain controller), and configured a policy for password expiration reminder emails. i followed the instructions to configure it to run as a service (using a domain account which has log on as a service right on this DC), then rebooted. Desktop Central integration problems
Were running Desktop Central 10.0.366. When i start the wizard for the Analytics Plus integration, it errors out and tells me the username and/or password don't match. I am one of a few administrator users in Desktop Central. I've tried Local Authentication as well as Domain Authentication. Both give me the same error message. Documentation is very laxing to say the least when it comes to troubleshooting. How does one go about connecting the analytic tool to desktop central?

[SOLVED] mail fetching stopped
Hi, My server suddenly stopped fetching mails. On Mail Server Settings I see "FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. Could not find valid certification path to requested target, so kindly configure to apply Trusted/Self Signed Certificate." Preventive Maintenance not working on 11010
Seems to have started happening as soon as we hit 2020. Our preventive maintenance tasks no longer trigger. We have tried updating the tasks but this did not work. We are running the latest version of ServiceDesk. Is this a known issue or is it just us?
Import from Azure is blank
Hello, The Import from Azure feature seems to have stopped working for us. I am not sure what has caused it since our SSO still works fine. I log in using my O365 credentials to the helpdesk as an Admin and when I hit the import from azure function, it comes up blank where it used to find the newest employees that I had not added yet. I have tried this in incognito mode just to be sure. Where can I begin to sort this out?
Item Not Found When Trying to Install Android App
I've set up Android for work successfully and have approved an Android App, which I've then tried to distribute using Mobile Device Manager Plus. It appears as an app to be installed in the MDM app but when I click on install, I just get an "item not found" error in the Google Play Store. Any ideas? Thanks

[SD-72008] Line spacing of messages in Outlook
Good Day I am facing a problem with the line spacing of messages displayed in Microsoft Outlook. I have not figured it out when it exactly does happen but maybe you are aware of this problem. For example, when I forward a message in ServiceDesk Plus and one receives it in Outlook, the line spacing is too big. Error when using password reset without remembering the old one
Hi, After setting up ADSelfService Plus I'm running into the following error: If I log in with a test account and just reset the password there is no issue, but if I try and use the feature to reset a password without knowing the old one, I just get an error saying that the reset has been rejected. I'm pretty sure it was working a couple of days ago, but after adding a license file yesterday it haven't been working. I'm not sure if those two events are correlating?

I installed Manage engine password manager pro on a local server with private ip ssh & RDP work correctly in local network . some users want to connect to manage engine out site my office I have a mikrotik I added a destination nat that every one that want to connect my static ip over port 7272 ( pmp port ) will be connect to py pmp local server ip over port 7272 now over the internet my users can connect to pmp and ssh work correctly buy RDP dose not work how can I solve this problem ?

i Install eventlog analyzer Build Version:12.1.1 Build Number:12115 on Linux . but i don't have Domains and Workgroups setting in Admin Settings. is it OK?and i have another question: when I want to add device (like windows), in this version it doesn't have Credential field that I can fill it. so I don't have any logs from windows or Linux devices. already I use windows version eventlog Build Version:12.0.5 and I didn't have these problems.
