Desktop Central Mobile app Unable to Reach Server

Hi everyone,

I am curious if anyone can point me in the direction of what to look at for a issue with the mobile app. I am playing around with desktop central and I can not get the mobile app to connect to the DC server. Ports 443,8443,8031,8027 are all open. I can access it via the internet through the web address listed under admin-global settings-mobile app and it works just fine with everything working. I at first thought it was because I running through the Forwarding server so I removed it and just did a straight connection to the internet. Same thing, through the website url everything works just fine, try to add the address to the app and says unable to reach server. Just curious if there is something I am missing.
