OpManager 12 problem reading SNMP values from UPS MIB
We have recently began using OpManager 12 from OpManager 11. We are doing a fresh install and migrating our items manually. I have run into a problem with OpManager 12 receiving SNMP data from our UPS system MIBs. It doesn't appear to be able to process or translate the MIB definitions correctly and will not return certain results. I have verified that I have included all necessary items required for the MIB definitions to process correctly but I still get the OID string which I do not appear to be able to call out successfully as I was able to in OpManager 11.
This all worked very well in OpManager 11 and I am wondering if OpManager 12 does not process these MIBs in the same way or requires different formatting?
Our system is a Smart-UPS 1500 with AP9631 network management card.
SNMP credentials have stayed the same and I have verified that testing the credentials results in a success.
I have imported the recommended MIBs per APC for this card: Attached here (powernet426.mib)
OpManager is able to translate a large part of the information, but seems to be completely missing the part that I need. Which is strange because this worked in the previous version. Weirder is that OpManager appears to be able to view or make sense of the table data.
I am attempting to have OpManager read the following OID entry: .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.5
Any ideas?
