Hi dear Manageengine Support
We have some Users with Internet Explorer in use.
After installing the plugin and rebooting the client, the plugin is available in the Browser.
But after entering the correct URL and Port we have the error: "Server Not Reachable. Verify entered details".
A click on the shown link, proves that the details were correct.
Certificate (from GoDaddy) is valid and trusted the whole chain, the intermediate and root is installed in User-store and in Computer-store.
We
also have an "old PMP instance". When we do the same tests, there is the same error message.
Plugin for Chrome and Firefox does not have this login issue.
Why we cant login on this plugin?
