Screenshots not visible in request emails

Hi there,

We're using the latest version of SDP standard edition. We have an incoming mail address for support requests. Our users often send requests with screenshots pasted into their emails. The issue is that these do not show up in the request view on SDP at all. If they attach it as a file, the attachment shows up, but inline pasted images do not show up.

Any ideas?
