I been using OS Deployment for nearly a year. As of recent I upgraded a PC with Windows 10 v1909. I went to deploy that image and it can no longer add the computer to the domain. It get's stuck on Post Deployment task. See screenshot. 

I even created a new W10 v1909 PC from scratch. Same issue.

  

Initial image does deploy but after waiting hours, I do manual restarts, still does not complete on console. 

On the computer side, I try to log in to the domain and I get "security database on the server doesn't have a computer account for this workstation".

On AD the computer account never gets created. 

I use the same account I always been using on OS Deployer. If I use that account manually I am able to add computers to the network.
