Hide Unassigned tickets from staff not in support Groups

Hi
We are having a bit of frustration with unassigned tickets that are not in the same support groups from other people. 
We only want to show unassigned tickets to those staff in the support groups that the ticket is in.
We use business logic to send tickets to various support groups, but everyone can see them until they are picked up. 
Is this possible?
