ADSelf Service SentinelOne Reboot Problem

DC Agent Unable to Send Request to ServiceDesk Plus after upgrading to 10.0.560
No settings have changed, this function worked flawlessly on 10.0.533.W. Verified settings in DesktopCentral for ServiceDesk Plus as error message stated, no settings have changed from prior to 10.0.533. Affecting all DesktopCentral Agents so far since upgrading the other day. Multiple user reports about this issue have appeared and I am able to replicate it on my machine. Any ideas on what 'Servicedesk Plus Settings' are the problem here?

Remote Control - viewing user's desktop - image quality blurry
Hello everyone, I recently noticed that when I use the remote control tool to connect to a user's desktop the video quality is kind of blurry. I can't exactly say when this started and I haven't changed any settings - only installed DC updates. I was looking for settings/ways to improve the video quality and bring it back to where it was before. In some cases it is extremely hard for me to see fonts on the users desktop due to the blurriness. Thank you in advance for any feedback that would help

Hi, For awhile now our requestors have been unable to reply to tickets by replying to the ticket notification e-mails and I'm unsure why this doesn't work. The notification e-mails have the Request ID in the subject line, so I'm unsure of why this stopped working. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi, i just did the upgrade from 11000 to 11100, i tried to start the service after the upgrade but it doesn't start, i execute the run.bat and it works, but when i close the cmd, the application stops, i reinstall the services with sd_service.bat -r and sd_service.bat -i, and doesn't works, can you help me please? CMDB Assign to Department Bug
There seems to be an issue when assigning assets to departments in bulk using the Actions > Assign to Department drop-down in CMDB. When doing it this way, the Asset State changes. When editing the assets one by one (by clicking on each asset > Edit), the Asset State does not change (as expected). Before Assign to Department: After Assign to Department: We are on Build 11125. Numerous issues with 10.0.581 installation 1. Desktop Central, Inventory, unable to list printers, just spins and comes up blank. Yes, the computer has mapped printers. 2. OSDeployer - unable to create or update boot disk - receive unable to copy WinPE files - this is a major issue as we cannot image new computers! Overall the version seems half baked, seems as if nothing really works at 100% - cleared cache, all local cache, still no printers.
