Hello everyone,

I recently noticed that when I use the remote control tool to connect to a user's desktop the video quality is kind of blurry. I can't exactly say when this started and I haven't changed any settings - only installed DC updates. I was looking for settings/ways to improve the video quality and bring it back to where it was before. In some cases it is extremely hard for me to see fonts on the users desktop due to the blurriness.
