No settings have changed, this function worked flawlessly on 10.0.533.W.
Verified settings in DesktopCentral for ServiceDesk Plus as error message stated, no settings have changed from prior to 10.0.533.
Affecting all DesktopCentral Agents so far since upgrading the other day. Multiple user reports about this issue have appeared and I am able to replicate it on my machine.
Any ideas on what 'Servicedesk Plus Settings' are the problem here?
