Couldn't start remote service.Overlapped I/O operation is in progress

Hi,
I'm using ADselfService Plus build 6.0.02 and when I want to install GINA agent to our client error me:
  1. Couldn't start remote service.Overlapped I/O operation is in progress

I started the Remote Registry and Server service and stop windows 10 built-in antivirus and test it again, but I still see the same error. What should I do?
