Exception error in bandwidth monitor
I continue to get the following error in OpUtils in bandwidth monitor module when switching to another port to view traffice details. [Exception in:/network/BandwidthMonitorInterface.jsp] null I have already upgraded to version 6 and still have same problem.
Probelm with new-emails
Hello, I had problem with SDP and new e-mail caming from clients. Problem was quite strange because answer from clinet wasn't added to existing case, but it created new case - and important - thne number of that case was already used earlier (so that "new" case had been created earlier adn was about different problem). Can you fix that? One thing that we could do was restarting SPD, and now it's ok, but that situation can replay.
Scheduled Backup fails occasionally
I would like some help to figure out why the backup fails occasionally. Build is 8015, but this has happened in the past with 8013 and 8010 I believe. Business Rules
I have encountered an issue today where business rules have disappeared for me in the admin section. The tab is still there but it shows no business rules. But if I select organize business rules they do show up there. I noticed after the fact that this was not just limited to the business rules tab. But also effected Requesters,Technicians and any other tab that had similar created items within it. Was able to see them but only after deleting my account and re-adding.

Problem to add new Esxi server
Dear Support, I have some problem to add new esxi to OPManager : Before, when I added a esx server, I received a form with "host name", userID and Password to establish the connection. Now, I receive the same form as the form in the admin panel and the esx server is not added correctly to OPManager. I think that problem occurred since I had updated to 8812. ADManager Plus V5.5 authentication problem
Champs, we've upgraded from V4 to V5.5 successfully but unfortunately after upgrade we are not able to start ADmanager because of authentication problem. we are trying to authenticate with the default admin account PW is default "admin". we are getting "No such account configured for the user" and when i tried to authenticate using my domain admin account we are getting "Your account is not configured as a helpdesk Technician" your support is highly appreciated Regards, Nahtawy

Desktop Central Hangs during Software Deployment Set up
Occaisonally during set up of a new or changing an existing deployment configuration, the Desktop Central site hangs, usually when either adding a package to the config, or when adding targets. Am running latest service pack and patches. Any assistance is appreciated.

Cannot find scheduled Tasks
I can't seem to get PMP to find the scheduled tasks on a server using domain account.I've created a test domain account, added to the WindowsDomain Resource, created a scheduled task using that account, and PMP can't find it. I can see in the Eventlog logs on the target server the successful logon attempts of pmp. It can find the service and changes the password and restarts the service fine, but won't pickup the scheduled task. Any suggestions? Which script in ./PMP/scripts is used on action "scheduled
Assets
We have been using ServiceDesk Plus for about a month now and this problem has happened twice. While working on the assets and getting them all assigned to the correct departments all of a sudden they all get changed to the same department. The only thing I can think of that I did just before this happened was that I removed an unused site.

Password verification & reset for non admin accounts
Hello, added a new resource from type Windows. This resource is a normal Windows XP SP3 Computer. First I added the local Administrator Account of this resource and setup Password reset to use this Administrator Account. When I click on "Verification" it says "in sync" and changing the password works, too. Added a new local user service1, NO Admin rights. Click on "verification" it says "failed". AIX interface not show
I have 3 AIX server that I monitored using OPManager. I have successfully add the server in to OPManager but in the interfaces section the interface not show, when I try to rediscover it says that unable to rediscover. The credential tes was passed for both SNMP and CLI. What can I do to showing the interfaces ?
Incidents not uploading correctly
Hi we have been using servicedesk for quite a while now so our sql db is old and large (3.8gb). At times we notice slowness issues when updating fields and logging onto pages. But the main reason for logging this job is because we have an issue when people are filling out a incident. We have about 5 custom incident templates. Good Day , Thank for this product it surely fills a gap in the support of databases. However my biggest problem is that I cannot uninstall it . It looks for Directories that don't exist . You cannot even uninstall it witht he Windows unistall utlities . Do you have any fix for this problem ?
Application deploy fails
Hi, When we try to install an application, for example Adobe Reader 9, if there is installed Adobe Reader X oin the destination computer, Desktop central warns that it's retrying the operation all the time and it doesn't install the requested program. I mean that if you try to install a program that is lower version than the other installed, the message is that is retrying and it warns an error with 12010 code. I hope you can help us! Regards!
WmiPrvSE high CPU usage after agent install
I've rolled out the Manageengine Desktop Agent (v7.2.30) to several clients now, and each one of them is experiencing high CPU usage for the process WmiPrvSE.exe after the first restart. They are all Windows 7 Pro clients, and the 32-bit versions are getting CPU usage in the range 50%+, while my 64-bit client is experiencing constant 5%+ usage. Hi, We are useing Servicedesk Plus (7.6.0 Build 7611) from fast one year. Till now was working fine. Now we have issue in notification rule. We have enabled send email notifification (to selected technician)when new request is created. This is working for some time and some time not. OpMgr 8811 move issue
Hello, I'm trying to move Opmanger 8811 from a 32 bit Win 2003 server to 64 bit 2008R2 server SQL database. We're also moving the database from SQL 2000 to 2008. I've copied over the Opmgr directory from the 2003 server to the 2008 server. When I change the name of the 2008 Opmanager directory and replace it with the 2003 and try to connect to the SQL 2008 db I get the error No Driver Jar is found. Domain and login problem
I upgraded to build 8015 a week ago and after that there has been problem login in. We have three domains connection to SD plus. I have attached a picture. The first part (from the top) show start mode, nothing entered. No domains in the list. In the second part I have entered my username and password, it's a local account and but I cannot select that. The same with third part, I try to login as administrator. The last part I erase all boxes and now I can se my domain. But it lock likes SD plus
Remote control addon for Firefox 6 seems corrupt
I'm using Firefox 6 on Windows 7 x86 SP1. I'm trying to connect to a workstation using remote control. When I'm prompted to install the addon, Firefox prompts me and says the addon is corrupt. Is the addon not supported in Firefox 6 yet? Thanks!

Device Expert Error on Server Settings Page
When clicking on "Server Settings" in the administration area of device expert, a window briefly pops up saying NTLM authentication failed, redirecting to login page. Software in the Inventory tab is missing!
After scanning several PC's, I had a list of 200 apps/software/drivers that were unidentified. I began by selecting the first 25, and moving their licence type from unidentifed to commercial. This than moved the software into the new category. But as soon as this was completed, I lost access to all the other software. DC not sending workstation warranty info to SDP
We using DC build 70234 and SDP build 8015. I followed the instructions to integrate the two products together.
