After scanning several PC's, I had a list of 200 apps/software/drivers that were unidentified.

 

I began by selecting the first 25, and moving their licence type from unidentifed to commercial. This than moved the software into the new category. But as soon as this was completed, I lost access to all the other software.

 

When I look at the computer view within the inventory tab, I can see all the software listed. I can filter it by either commercial or unidentified successfully.

 

But if I click on the software tab in the views column, I do not see anything.

 

Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?
