we've upgraded from V4 to V5.5 successfully but unfortunately after upgrade we are not able to start ADmanager because of authentication problem. we are trying to authenticate with the default admin account PW is default "admin".
we are getting "No such account configured for the user"
and when i tried to authenticate using my domain admin account we are getting
"Your account is not configured as a helpdesk Technician"
your support is highly appreciated
