I downloaded the Windows Agent from the admin screen, and installed the service using the command "agentinstaller.exe start".

 

The agent folder shows a new file PMPAgent.log, and in this, I get the following error message:

IsValidCert() : Certification verification failed
GetResponse() : invalid certification
