We are useing Servicedesk Plus (
7.6.0 Build
7611) from fast one year. Till now was working fine.
Now we have issue in notification rule.
We have enabled send email notifification (to selected technician)when new request is created. This is working for some time and some time not. Even if the ticket is updated we (technician) use to get the email alert but not now.
Could someone advice me on this please.
