Personalize Time Zone
Hello. I am running SD+ 7.6.0 Build 7605. I have support technicians in more than one time zone. When they log into the system and go to 'Personalize' menu they are given the option to configure a Time Zone. After doing so and saving the settings, the time shown in the SD+ interface does not update. 1. Why does this not change? 2. Does that time shown integrate with SLAs and Operational Hours?
Oprmanager monitor Juniper EX3300

Empty OU list in AD Import
Today I had installed fresh updates for Windows Server 2003R2 x64 and TZ-fix for JRE. And later, when I had tried to import requestors from AD I had found that list of OU's is empty. It contains only "Users" OU. Yesterday I had no problems with AD import process. SD 8.0.0 build 8022. Is there anyway to prevent users (technicians) from adding worklogs after a request has been closed?
Diskcleanup option - WebClient and WebPublisher Cache?
The system tools of Desktop Central seems to be the red headed stepchild of this software package, nothing is ever added(unfortunately) and its just out there. Be that as it may I'm trying to get some clarification on the the diskcleanup option, specifically what checking the option WebClient and WebPublisher Cache actually does. I previously had just Internet Cache selected hoping that would clean my IE cache's... but that doesn't seem to be doing anything... might the WebClient and WebPublisher
Wallpaper removed from windows - No wallpaper change is specified
I have created a policy to change the My Computer name to the the actual name of the computer. This is the only change in the display policy. However after the policy is applied the wallpaper resets to a solid black. Reseting the desktop wallpaper manually works... for a few seconds... The only thing I have found that works is to remove the policy again. Any ideas?
Can't add new users in Manage Engine Version 9.6

Alarms
Is there way to adjust the alarm threshold or criteria? I would like to monitor my interfaces so i do not want to change them as unmanaged but I am having an issue with receieving way to many alarms. For example if an interface goes up/down or if the utilization exceeds 30 percent OpManager generates an alarm. I am fine with the software keeping track of that type of information however there is no reason to generate an alarm for such types of messages, otherwise I receive so much noise I am forced

Business view: multiple links from one node
Hi, I've recently updated our OpManager installation to 9101. Now I have strange problem with existing (and new) business views. It seems that I cannot create links ie. from node a to node b and c, so that monitoring happens on node a interface (ie. eth0). Before upgrading this was possible and I have old business views that have multiple links from one node to many, and the monitoring happens on the one -side. Is this a bug or feature? If this is a feature, it makes the whole business view feature
Importing users from AD automatically emails every single user with "account details".
I don't know why this happened, but on a new install with default configuration, after I configured AD and clicked Import, Password Manager immediately sent an email to every person in Active Directory with subject "Your Password Manager Pro account details". I would really appreciate a warning message before your program emails every user in my domain. There is no reason to send out an email while importing users. It should be done after all configuration is tested and ready.
Unable to use request links in Firefox browser with attachments (.jpg)
Hi - We have an issue with Support Center Plus when a customer sends an email with a .jpg attachment, a ticket is created however when we click on Reply, Forward or Edit, the links do not work. Can you help us with this please?
2 computers in our network are being overwritten while adding assets
I got a strange problem. 3 computers in our network, while trying to add in assets in SDP 8.0, are being overwritten with each other. Common thing I noticed with these compuers is that all of them have vmware server or workstations installed in them.
Can't find request
I can see Requests by Technician in my dashboard and I see there that's one of the Technician has one overdue request, but when I click on it, I can't see anything: How could I find that request?
Company Name Problem on Client Reports

Internet Explorer Script Error on GINA password reset
Greetings! When using the GINA module on ADSelfService Plus, I have it configured to "check" to make sure a password meets custom requirements. If the user types something that doesn't meet the requirements, an "Internet Explorer Script Error" pops up before the "Password Policy Failed" popup opens (I included a screenshot). Email Sending Issues
Hi We have installed MSPCenterPlus as a trial to see if it will work for us. I am trying to setup the mail server settings. We use Google mail and I followed the instrcutions but I just receive an error when I sent a test email: javax.net.ssl.SSLException. We are using smtp.gmail.com with port 465 (tried 587 as well and 25) with secure mode ticked on and requires authentication on. I have double, triple etc checked username and password. Failed upgrade from 6404 to 6500
I tried to upgrade my install from 6404 to 6500 (on the way to 6503), but it failed both times. Luckily, I had the backup folder to quickly regain my previous position. I ensured the PMP service was stopped, and that the MYSQL process had stopped before beginning the upgrade. The behaviour I saw was that the PMP service would restart post-upgrade, but I knew something was wrong when I tried to logon from the web. Unable to remove computers in SoM

Desktop Central Wake on LAN
Desktop Central 8 Build 80018 I'm unable to modify/create a Scheduled Wake Up. Tools > Wake on LAN > Schedule Wake Up > Modify existing task. If I add or remove computers, it won't let me save because the date selector under Once or Daily does not work. The calendar does not pop up for me to select a date and I can't manually input the date. Which means I can't save because the "Start time already expired" error pops up. Creating a new Scheduled Wake Up does not work either as you cannot select

Hi we have Netflow Analyzer 9 professional plus on Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 with 4096Mo Ram (virtual machine). Firefox 11 won't allow you to add notes
My team are all running Firefox 11 on Macs. Since FF11, none of us can add notes to a ticket in SDPlus by clicking Actions>Add Notes OR the Add Notes button. There is no response at all to either action. Safari and Chrome are fine.
Multiple cores do not show under CPU monitor
I have a dual 6 core server that I am trying to monitor but the CPU monitor only shows a CPU0 and CPU1. I am using the WMI CPU monitor. I tried to open a support ticket but it will not let me login. I am running verison 9101 and the server I am trying to get the cores to display on is Dell R510 running Windows 2008 R2. Thanks
New Event Log rule not monitored
I have created an event log rule under applications for an event log entry that is created by an in house application. I have associated the rule with the server it runs on and added two notification profiles (SMS and Email) to notify on the event. When I cause the application to fail, thereby creating an event, it is not seen at all by OpManager. Thanks, Darin
netflow analyser issue
Hi, I have installed netflow analyser 7.0 Professional. I have configured netflow v9 on my 2911 and 3911 routers, but i am receiving error :"V9 flows of unknown template are received from " and i am not able to see traffic flows from these devices in netflow analyser. Patch Scan and Inventory Scan not Working after Migration
I recently migrated my company's Desktop Central server from a test environment to a production environment. I am using build No:80014. The problem I am experiencing is that when I scan my clients on the LAN for patches or inventory I get a message from all the SoM systems- "agent is not reachable." Creating Requests in Resolved State do not Close
Hi Guys, I think I have discovered a problem in SD+ using build 7605 If I create a new request, fill it out and set it immediately to a statues of Resolved, the request remains in a status of resolved and does not close after 5 days which is our rule. In fact it never automatically closes However, if we create a call, save the request in Open Status and then reenter the Request and set it to Resolved, the request does close after 5 days. Desktop Central 8 mysqld-nt.exe high CPU utilization
I was having a problem with Desktop Central 7 and thought upgrading might help, but it did not. The problem I'm experiencing is that when Windows starts up the Desktop Central 8 startup window displays and get to 76% and stays there for over 30 minutes. Once the startup window goes away the computer utilization is 100%. When I check task manager the program mysqld-nt.exe is running at 90% or higher utilization. Password Manager Kicks Back to Logon Page
The other day Firefox updated to version 11. Since then when a co-worker and I log in to the site, it automatically kicks us back to the logon page after a few seconds. The site still works properly through IE 9. Any idea on what could be causing this issue?
Missing Request and Solutions
Hi, when one of our customers logs on she only sees the tabs Home and My Details. The tabs Request and Solutions are missing. Only through My Details, Recent Items can she view her open requests. This used to work fine, nothing was changed: no updates or patches. We use supportcenter plus version 7.9.0 Build 7902. Any idea ?

Netapp interface traffic wrong
Hi, I have started a fresh installation of OP-manager with 8811. Adding NETAPP FAS 3020, and Cisco switch 4507, i have noticed that there is a big difference between the traffic reported on the port of the cisco switch versus the traffic reported on the netapp. Attached the comparison: I have added the port-channel and the port members traffic from the switch on the first page and the VIF and port members from netapp on the second page. 64bit traffic counters are not working
Hi, I have an issue to monitor traffic on Windows server (2003/2008) and our NetApp storage. 32bit traffic counters are working, but all interfaces are 1Gb and counters can be overwritten. I.e. I need 64bit counters. I tryed to switch 32bit/64bit and vice versa, but it doesn't help. 64bit trafic counters are NA. Can you please help me to resolve this issue ? Thanks.
template not setting the threshold for "Partition Details of the Device(%)" wmi monitor
This is a major show stopper. Start with a with a windows 2003 device with a Partition Details of the Device(%) monitor and no threshold. Go into device template and set the partition threshold to 85%. "Apply & Overwrite" the 2003 template to the original windows 2003 machine. The threshold setting for partition details of the device will not get set. The only way to apply the device template with the partition threshold is to first delete the windows 2003 device and then add it back. Because

Hi Is there any possiblity that we could get a TBps.gif file for OpManager ? The image OpManager is trying to display where the red X is in the attachment is: /webclient/common/images/TBps.gif And checking the folder on the server this file does not exist.
Requester Can't add a new incident after upgrade to Build 8024
I have have upgraded our system from Build 8016 to 8024 and then discovered that no requester can add a request, technicians can adde requests. The user can fill in the template buit as soon as they hit add request it doesn't work, the page just sits there. Anyone any ideas?????
TLS security vulnerability
I recently had a security scan on the OpManager installation at my company. OpManager has TLS renegotiation vulerability . We were using https with self signed certificate.
