Unable to use request links in Firefox browser with attachments (.jpg)
Hi -
We have an issue with Support Center Plus when a customer sends an email with a .jpg attachment, a ticket is created however when we click on Reply, Forward or Edit, the links do not work.
Can you help us with this please?
