SSL over POP and SMTP Stops Working After Certificate Upgrade
We have been using SSL over POP and SMTP for awhile and works very well. Previously, our certificate was a 1024 bit key size and did not require an intermediate certificate. On our mail server we recently had to upgrade our certificate beccause of expiration. The new certificate was issued by RapidSSL and now comes with an additional intermediate certificate. Now, SupportCenter will no longer make successful connections via POPS or SMTPS. We do not believe the poblem is with the mail server.

Printing Report
I am using serviceDesk plus, that contains data I mean request,problems,incident etc, but when I go to print the report it doesn't show any data like nothing you entered,is there any means that I can see my entered data in my report or do I suppose to configure something or what can I do Please Help
ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand - Probe scanning problems
I have tried testing out the ondemand version of service desk plus, however, the probe scanning has been only 50% reliable. Frequently, the probe hangs, stops communicating with servers, cannot scan machines, etc.... I tested a local install of servicedesk plus as well, side-by-side, and confirmed it is not a WMI settings thing because the local install version had no issues scanning the machines. Hi, Since I'm new on the forum, I really need your advise about how to create business rule for make auto-closing request of requested by requester? I already create the action rule to make the requested close when the condition is true but the request status still become Open. Issue Using Perl for Windows and Custom Script Templates
I have an issue where I have OpManager installed on a Windows 2003 server and am trying to use Perl to write a custom script template. The issue I have is that whenever I try to use a "foreach" loop, the script just hangs and eventually times out. The script runs fine when ran manually. It only fails when ran through OpManager. Has anyone else seen this issue? If so, did you get it resolved? Thanks!

ManageEngine Service won't start. Error 1067
Hi ManageEngine-Team Somehow we managed to destroy the Windows service of ADManager. We tried to change some IIS-Port settings and had to restart the service for a few times. I guess in english the error would be something like: "Error 1067: The Process was terminated due to an unhandled exception" I attached the last changed logs to this post. thank you!

Hi, We have a strange problem, When we close a ticket and people reply on it it sometimes create a new ticket instead of re-opening the closed one. Then you get this ID : 20851 - RE: [Ticket: 19405]: So it does not happen with every ticket but it is a random problem. Is there a way to check what is going wrong en solve this ? Disable Business Units action not logged
Hi, We had the surprise these days that by accident someone disabled the Business Units. This in itself would have been nothing since it took 5 minutes to enable them back and bring back the Business Units from archive. The shock came from the fact that this operation is not logged in the system log... we tried to figure out what happen but there was really no clue about it. Linux Agent install fails : libssl.so.2
I've tried to run the agent on linux (debian, fedora, ubuntu) but they all came up with the same error when i want to start it : ./PMPAgent: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Does anybody can help on this ? We are trying to use business view of our monitors under Firefox (9 and 10 alike) and Win 7 64Bit but no monitor nor group icons are displayed. Hi, i've been struggling for a very long while trying to export a custom report in csv in order to analyze it with excel or access. What tricked me was the almost unexplicable behaviour of the exporting engine, wich usually breaks some records by inserting crlf followed by some "explanatory" data, then following with the rest of the record content. Office 2010 Installation Times Out
I followed the video posted on the ME website concerning the non-network share installation of Office 2010 (http) and the installation is timing out. I verified the download files are available. I verified the 7za.exe process is running after the initial configuration executes, but nothing happens. Hi, We have reported this issue long time ago. What happen is that the “Display Language” setting in “Personalize” doesn’t really work! If we change to Portuguese “some” items change to (very bad) Portuguese and others remains the same. For example in “Resource State List” I have to change resource states to Portuguese language. If I change just “Choose Language” the items remain the same and I can’t even delete default values. Values for Resource State will always appear in English. Regards, Henrique
Backup technician doesn`t works by new requests by email
I have this issue When you Mark unavailability in a techinician A, and setup a backup and click "Assign to following technician B", and i have a business rule that say "if subject say "xxxx", then assign this request to technician A. So, with the Backup technician setup ON, all request are assigned to the technician B, but this works only when i add a new request by the self service portal, and don't works when a new request is created by email. AD Audit + not running scheduled reports - not running
I have AD Audit+ running on a Windows 7 machine in User Mode. Up until a few days ago it was running fine and sending scheduled reports without issue. Now, every morning when I see that the reports haven't run I log into the box and the AD Audit software is no longer running. I'm using Service Desk Plus 8.0.0 Build 8013. I created a local user/requester in the Service Desk AD, but cannot log in. I basically left everythig empty except the name, login name, and password. Hi, it seems, that netflow analyzer (7.7) still have problems with highspeed interfaces, cause it use the wrong mib. So if u have 10gbit ports and u update snmp device values, u always have to manually set the correct interface speed at 10 gbit ports or it only get about 4gbit (max of 32bit). regards
