Yesterday I was trying to deploy some software from the available templates.

I choose to bulk create Adobe flash media, Adobe reader 10, Ms Security Essentials, and some other...

The flash media packages were created with no problem, but the adobe reader 10 package creation is "in progress" form more them 12 hours! I tried to download the file from the link that is provided in the package description and it downloaded with no problem...

What can I do to resolve this issue? Since the adobe reader 10 package status is "in progress", I can't create any other packages.
