ManageEngine Service won't start. Error 1067

Somehow we managed to destroy the Windows service of ADManager. We tried to change some IIS-Port settings and had to restart the service for a few times.
I guess in english the error would be something like: "Error 1067: The Process was terminated due to an unhandled exception"
