Hi, When writing @ in Explore it changes the text format to really large and Bold. This is a big problem i think.
Problem With Script Monitor In AppMgr 10.3
I'm having a strange problem with Script monitors in Applications Manager 10.3. Symptoms: 1. The monitor dashboard does not display the current status of the data contained in the table. The data used to show up prior to upgrading from ver 8.6. 2. The monitor reports that the Health is critical even though manual inspection of the data shows that all attributes are within the "clear" threshold. 3. problem to add a device in OpManager
I am trying to add a device in OpManager, but after the tool indicates that the device was added, type in the ip and it says that the device was not added and prompts you to add, how to fix it? or how can I do to add the device when it happens this problem? OpManager is my version of 8812.

Cisco 6500 L3 interfaces misreporting Netflow stats
We are having an issue with our Cisco 6500 L3 interfaces that are being monitored for netflow where we are seeing false bandwidth utilizaiton data when compared using our other bandwidth monitoring tools.
Custom Request Template Not Being Used Properly When Request Is Sent Via Email
When users send Requests via email with correct parameters to use a custom Request template, ServiceDesk Plus ignores all @@ parameters set in the email (except for RequesterEmail) and just uses the default Request template. However, if the user is a Technician, ServiceDesk is able to parse the email correctly and uses the custom Request template. This happens even if the email content is exactly the same (except for Requester and RequesterEmail of course) as used by the non-Technician. Any help
device template fail to set device partition threshold
Start with a windows 2003 machine with a Partition Details of the Device(%) monitor but no threshold set. Go into device template for windows 2003 and set the partition threshold to 85%. "Apply & Overwrite" using the windows 2003 template to the original windows 2003 machine. The threshold setting for partition details will not get set for the windows 2003 machine. Hi all, in the manual there's a functionality that is mentioned related to printing a request. I'm having this error message in AppManager error log file: javax.management.InstanceAlreadyExistsException: AdventNet_Agent:Type=MLet,Name=MBeanDeployer I guess this happens because of a previously registered MBeanDeployer instance, but I don't know where it is on my linux installation. Anyone else have this? No Data Found?
Recently when using EventLog Analyzer, when we click on a particular service, event, count, etc. Anything that would bring up the detailed pop-out window, the pop-out window says "No Data Found". Regardless of time frame or range, same thing for everything. Any ideas? Im not sure where to begin.
Mail with body, request without

Connecting to Foundry Devices from DeviceExpert
I recently upgraded to build 5601 of DeviceExpert, and ever since then, it will not connect to my devices with Telnet or SSH. I did a packet trace of a telnet attempt and found that it was hanging after the username was sent. The only thing I really noticed is that all of the return text from the switch ended in a carriage return/line feed, where when the username was sent, it only sent a line feed at the end. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, is there a fix? Thanks!

Delete multiple monitors and Apply/Overwrite does not remove from device
Created new device with zero monitors. Added bulk monitors to a device template. Deleted ALL monitors. Clicked Apply and then Apply and Overwrite to the device with said device template. Go back to Home and select specific device and custom monitors are still associated with device (had to select them and delete them from each device in category).
Mail Sending Failed

Date change and Monitor data wrong
Hi. My PC where is the AppManager, change the date to July 2012, and today is February 2012. Therefore statistics are displayed wrongly. There is a way to delete data or restart??. Aside from uninstall and install??
Can not remove web alarm
Consistently we are not able to dismiss web alarms. The issue is that everytime a screen refresh occurs the alarm sounds. It is making it a pretty useless tool as we just end up keeping the sound off. We have seen a post that gives a work around to go to the server itself and delete the alarm there. This does work but is not always practical as not all users have admin rights to delete alarms. Is there a permanent fix to this issue? Regards, Nathan
Unable to add a new Site
I'm attempting to create a new Site within ServiceDesk+, but when I attempt to save it gives me the error "FAILURE :Site with same name already exists. Please provide a different value." There is no existing Site with the name I am attempting to use, and I have tried creating Sites with other names as a test and I am unable to create and Sites at all. What could be causing this? My technician account is configured with the SDAdmin Role, and I have tested with another technician with SDAdmin
Patch download failure; Access is denied
Hello, I have version 8 installed and a direct connection to the internet. Whenever I try to install a patch to any system the download fails and I get an access is denied. I open the logs and use the URL to the patches directly and I can download them. The patches themselves are being stored on a full control shared directory on my network. Support Rep names visible in client portal
Hi, We're currently running 7704 of SC+ and have discovered that a previously-fixed bug has reappeared whereby the names of support reps who have responded to clients are visible in the client portal. For us, this is a big problem as we prefer individual's names to not be visible to our clients. Can someone please let me know whether there's anything we can do to change these names back to the previous default of 'Support Rep' without upgrading the product? Can you also let me know whether
Automatic survey email not working
We have configured our ServiceDesk MSP installation to send out survey emails whenever a request is closed. When a request in a "Resolved" stated ages (7 days in our system) and closes, there is a Null Pointer Exception in the logs, and no survey email is sent. SLA Flag isn't cleared
The SLA flag isn't cleared when a request has already violated the SLA and it is changed to a "Project". Changing the Priority to "Project" does remothe due date but not the SLA violation status.
Logging/Reporting Error since upgrade to 7020
I've found that since I upgraded to build 7020, when I search for an IP address and view the information about it (like Initiated Top Conversations) it no longer shows the user name. As you can see in the attached img-1, this was the result on the old build, img-2 is the day after I applied the new build. When I look at the raw logs (img-3) I can see username info there. Hyper-V in OpManager 9
I added two Hyper-V Hosts that are part of a two node cluster. Metrics are collected and displayed on the Host Servers but none of the VMs are collecting except for one per Host. The one per Host, which is collecting, is not collecting or displaying correctly.History reports reflect the same problem, only one VM shows up. If I failover the VM that does collect (but incorrectly) it moves to the other Node but still does not collect correctly.

Alerts Dependency
Is there any way to stop URL Monitor Alerts when Web Service is down? We get both type of alerts. Ideally if IIS/Apache is down, we should only get alerts for the service & not for URL monitors as it obvious they'll be down

Hello- Anyone here with fprobe successfully sending flows to NetFlow Analyzer EE 7.7? It used to work just fine with the Professional edition (7.5), but with EE 7.7 I can only see 'Router added. Data will be available in 1 Minutes'. Thanks!
