Consistently we are not able to dismiss web alarms. The issue is that everytime a screen refresh occurs the alarm sounds. It is making it a pretty useless tool as we just end up keeping the sound off. We have seen a post that gives a work around to go to the server itself and delete the alarm there. This does work but is not always practical as not all users have admin rights to delete alarms. Is there a permanent fix to this issue?
