I've found that since I upgraded to build 7020, when I search for an IP address and view the information about it (like Initiated Top Conversations) it no longer shows the user name.  As you can see in the attached img-1, this was the result on the old build, img-2 is the day after I applied the new build.  When I look at the raw logs (img-3) I can see username info there.

 

Please advise...
