OpManager, unmonitored services on server raise alarms
Hi every OpManager Users and supporter,
For a more or less long time i have a strange behaviour. I got some particular alarms concerning a service, which is NOT monitored on the server from where the alarms come (and the service ITSELF doesn't run on the server)
In the screenshot, i got an alarm that pervasive SQL service is down on the server XXXXXX,... but as you can see, THIS service is not monitored on the XXXXXX server (but it runs and is monitored on another one...which was NOT down...)
How can i be sure that it is NOT a fake alarms ? And why these alarms appear on a server where the service is NOT monitored ?
