the service desk application doesn't automatically start

the service desk application doesn't automatically start

Hi

I have a problem with the service of the application service desk, it doesn't start automatically for linux. I had to manually started it, running the file run.sh after this  the service start and application open but if the machine reboot or shutdown the service not restarts.
