I have created a policy to change the My Computer name to the the actual name of the computer.  This is the only change in the display policy.  However after the policy is applied the wallpaper resets to a solid black.  Reseting the desktop wallpaper manually works... for a few seconds...

The only thing I have found that works is to remove the policy again.

 

Any ideas?
