Survey results reversed after changing the answer order.
We changed the order of our survey question answers from (reading Left-->Right) "Very Dissatisfied-->Exceptionally Satisfied" to "Exceptionally Satisfied-->Very Dissatisfied" and now our percentages are also reversed. That is, a technician getting all Exceptionally Satisfied now gets a Satisfaction level Summary of 20.0/100 when it should be 100.0/100. Is this related to the RATING field in the SurveyAnswers table? Will simply reversing the order of RATING relative to ANSVALUES fix this? SURANSID
Email Commands are just ignored when updating a request?
Hi - really excited about the possibility of email commands, but struggling to find the right configuration for updating an existing request. I can create a new request and, say, set the priority, but I can't find an email config that would then change the priority on that call, or set a category? Assets Info not Updating
We have a daily scheduled scan to scan for changes to computers and servers but the scheduled scan doesn't appear to be changing anything. For example we have a bunch of servers that are reporting low space but when you go to the computer that has the low space warning the hard drive space is fine. And if I manually scan that server the drive space does get updated to the correct amount. Any idea why the automated scan isn't getting the correct info that a manual scan is getting? Thanks

Hi, I have Hyper-v core installed on a server and I'm managing it remotely with Win8. I have installed Free HyperV Performance Monitor Tool and Free Hyper V Configuration Tool on the remote Win8 macine and I can run it the first time. But as soon as I fill in the values IP/Host username and password, it crashes when it starts to make the connection. I've tried both with hostname and ip-address. Permission Management Not working
Hi, I am trying to set permission on drives. It is working fine in all drives except where OS is installed. In configuration it is showing completed successfully, but if I go to the computer and check the security permission, it is not appearing there. It seems the latest version of Asset Explorer is changed Model number of the item. Before this field (Model) was filled from PO. After AE upgrade I see the following changes in the history: It's not good, you will lose very important details. As I can see, there is two similar fields: Model and Product Name. Would be nice doesn't change a Model (you can fill it from PO), but update Product Name.

Hi, We experience an issue on our instance of service desk plus where the requester department and site allocation unassigns from requesters. sometimes it does this for just one or 2 requesters at a time, other times it unassigns a larger a number of people from a specific site or department. Painting Group field to Incident Template - will not stay in left column
First off their are two columns available in our default template named 'Group', which is odd. When I try to paint them I seem to have painted them and the system says incident template updated successfully, but then a second later the page refreshes and group is gone. Once I finally got one of them to stay there, it would only paint to the right column and would complain it was being removed when I tried saving after moving it to the left column, then refresh with it back in the right column.

Random error 500 when using IE
We have a user base of about 60 people that submit tickets. On random occurences specifically in IE the user will receive an error 500 when trying to access the helpdesk. We have AD authentication pass through enabled so the user clicks a link and they are automatically logged into their dashboard. Has anyone else seen this or have any thoughts on what to look for? Duplicate requests in xls file

Agent Not Reachable in Desktop central
We have recently migrated the ME-DC Server to a new computer, we verified the old http:\\oldserver:8383 its diverting to the http:\\newserver8383 however when we tried to scan the agents its showing Agent not reachable. SysEvtCol.exe will not start
SysEvtCol.exe will not start without producing the following error: "The procedure entry point xmlTextReaderName could not be located in the dynamic link library libxml2.dll". This is a fresh install of EventLog Analyzer. The web interface functions but the server logs are not being scanned. Anyone know why I am receiving this error. Thanks
Radius Authentication and EvenLog 8.6
I upgraded EventLog 8.5.1 to 8.6 and radius authentication stop working. (linux version) I downloaded the full package 8.6 and radius authentication does not work. VMWare ESX 5.1 crash
Has anyone else experienced a crash (PSOD) of an ESXi 5.1 host when installing the Desktop Central agent onto a virtual machine? I have had this happen twice. First instance was when installing to a Windows 8.1 Enterprise/x64 VM - within 30 seconds of pushing the agent to the VM, the host crashed with a PSOD. Secondary won't start after upgrade
I have just upgraded fromPMPpro 6802 to 6900 and then to 6904. The primary starts without problems I reinstalled secondary with the full package and created a HAPack.zip, copied that to secondary and unpacked it. Keyboard mapping issues with Windows Remote Desktop and SSH login helpers
Hi All, I have just installed Build 6903 on a nice fresh server and am having a few problems with auto login. The first is that the putty and "remote desktop" login helpers are not proposed. I am guessing that this also will mean that any helpers I add will also be ignored (although I must admit to not having tried). But this is less important for the moment. We're running Desktop Central 8 release 80296 (I think it's the latest available). I've used the templates to create a package for deploying IE v11 for Win 7 x64 (noticed that it was recommended we remove the command-line option that doesn't look for updates). After 60 Probes Central Server starts slowing down for each additional probe.
I have 66 probes at my 66 centers, if I stop 6 of them, then Central Server can load the Home page (or any page) in about 1-2 seconds, each additional running probe over 60 adds 1-2 seconds. MS SQL Databases not showing up
I upgraded to 8040 earlier this week. I'm attempting to add MS SQL monitors to some of our database servers. When I do, none of the databases are listed. I have another database server that was already being monitored pre-8040, and it still recognizes newly added databases fine. Is this a 8040 issue or something else?

Hi, I am trying to use desktop central for copying, moving, renaming files in various files in the managed computers. But the problem I am experiencing is that the links in the File Folder Operation window are not working for me.
