SysEvtCol.exe will not start
SysEvtCol.exe will not start without producing the following error: "The procedure entry point xmlTextReaderName could not be located in the dynamic link library libxml2.dll". This is a fresh install of EventLog Analyzer. The web interface functions but the server logs are not being scanned. Anyone know why I am receiving this error.
