Various Issue in OpManager Implementation
We have recently purchased OpManager Enterprise for our Multi-site implementation. However we keep running into random issues which is seriously hampering our completion goal which we are unable to achieve. Firstly i would like to mention that we are simply using it to monitor via SNMP for network devices. Following random issues we have come across different probes as we have 5 probes with a central server 1. Group report without domain Users

Copy/Paste problems
Hi, I have some problems with copy/paste. I did copy and paste content from Outlook into ServiceDesk Plus description field but it always show image under the content as below picture. Also, when i did copy the picture from any MS Office software into ServiceDesk Plus it always show blank frame with the picture that i copied as below picture. Current Instance of OpManager Drive Filling Up (Repost)
The original post/question was never answered I noticed this morning that some of the dashboard features like a device's drive availability had broken links, the notification profiles were no longer associated with the monitored devices, etc. I asked our server admin to restart the machine that hosts OpManager and has the below information and questions. He said the application drive filled up because of .dmp files and wants to know why? Additional details: 1. MSSQL 2. 60G Application

Problems with File Monitoring
Hello. I am evaluating ELA and so far am quite impressed. I am trying to setup File Monitoring and have agents installed on hosts and have green check mark in the "Status" column for File Monitoring. Also, the log file on each host, agentlog.out, is showing files being monitored. However, I have made changes in the monitored directories, such as deleting, renaming, and modifying files but these changes are not being represented in the main File Monitoring screen. Opmanager Probe 11.1 blank dashboard after new install
Greetings! After upgrading our OpManager Enterprise (with several working probes) to version 11.1, we tried to install a new probe. Even though the probe installation was successful, now the dashboard shows a blank page and it seems that there is no data in the database. We tried to drop the database and create it again but no luck, same error appears. Has the installation of a new probe changed for version 11.1? Thanks in advance, best regards, Jorge.

Hi, I am having some troubles with Date fields in a test environment that i am testing before upgrading the production environment. Stop open Internet Explorer page every time I start the services PLEASE
Could you stop once for all to automatically open Internet Explorer at the end of services restart? I continually receive annoying pop-up messages asking to switch the session to see the message. Some time, looking at the task manager I can see tens of internet explorer processes consuming megabyte of RAM. I know that there is a way to avoid this by changing some parameter on some file I don't remember, but this is really frustrating. I think the best way is to disable this feature by default. Asking
Problem with space in a volume with Firewall analyzer 7 on linux

Script Template sorting
Hi, I have created a script template to pull some information out but for some reason OpManager is sorting the output. I have sorted the output before writing it out into alphabetical order. Why does OPM sort and what does it sort, as you can see it is not the instance and not the value. Mail fetching - send email
Run into a problem, can't send emails from requests, can't send notifications. Mail fetching is running. I'm still be able to receive and fetch mail, but can't send. In Support - system log viewer, there's only one error: Exception while trying to send notification for Request ID : 843 Mail sending failed. what should I do?
Change approved automatically by system?
This morning I raised a change for approval through the CAB. I selected my boss in the list of CAB members, he received an email where he rejected the change. ServiceDesk shows the change next to his name as 'rejected the change on 19/11/2013 08:53', yet the status of the change is showing as 'approved by system on 19/11/2013 08:53'. Why has the system automatically approved the change? Thanks,

Shared Network printer for computers in AD Group.
Is it possible to setup a shared network printer for computers in an Active Directory Group ? We would like to assign the printers to the computers instead of users. I setup a share network printer configuration added the domain group with the computers as the target but the printers do not deploy. Steven

Attachments Being Dropped in 7926
Anyone else running into an issue with attachments being dropped in OUTGOING emails? Customers can email in with attachments and they show up in the case - but when we do a reply and attach a document, the customer is getting the email, but no attachments are in the email. I've reported this into support, but reaching out to the forum to see if anyone else is encountering this. (We recently upgraded to 7926 - and it worked definitely prior to the update)

device template - bug in adding custom OID?

Another Bug in 7926
After upgrading to 7926 I have found another bug. I can no longer delete tickets from the grid view in the all business units. I can delete tickets from within individual business units but no longer from the all business units. The application says the tickets were deleted successfully but they do not get deleted.
Major Issue in build 7926
I just upgraded to 7926 to resolve the last major issue of the unpicked ticket notifications not being generated, and now have another even more critical issue. When a user replies to a ticket, the notification that gets sent out no longer has the new email content from the user. Previously, the $Description field would include the description (email content) of the new email that was sent in. Now, it is only showing the email content of the original email! Failure : Problem while fetching network list from system
Hi everybody We have just upgrade our ManageEngine ServiceDesk from 8211 to 8213 ( in two steps, first in 8212 and then in 8213 ). Alert Email format
How do I change the format of the 'Message' section of the Alert Email? At the moment the message is put into the HTML table in the Email with '<pre></pre>' which removes any formatting. I need to have the message split over several lines to make it more readable. As it is it is very hard to read.
Own role - full control for requests
It seems that providing full control for requests for an own defined role is not possible. The tick in the full control is reversed and can't be saved. As far as I understand showing the "Helpdesk dashboard" is therefore not possible for this role.

DueBy Time set incorrectly by one hour plus or minus when edited across US Daylight Savings time change
There a problem with the programming code for the time on the DueBy field that is either automatically adjusting (or possibly failing to adjust) to correct for Daylight Savings changes. I noticed it because I have several requests that I set last week before the US time change on Sunday Nov 3. I set them to 17:00 (5 pm) on various dates in November and December but now they are all displaying the due time as 4 pm. Here is a scenario to reproduce this problem on any existing request in a US time

Hello. I have problem. NetFlow analyzer 7 was collect data from routers but for last time i see unaccounted data for all collector. Speed of interface shows 0.00 kbps but when i see the traffic graph i see that the data are shown. Do you know what is wrong???
Chat - can't select machine when user is logged into more than one computer
When I use the chat tool, for some users, I can view a dropdown list of machines they are logged into and select the machine I want to connect to. For other users, I can view a partial dropdown without any machines listed. There doesn't seem to be any pattern. For most users, I can view the machine dropdown, but this is a problem if I am remote controlling one of the machines they are logged into, and I need to communicate with them.

Notification Icon stays even when in the ticket
Hi, the little notification icon (bell) could be improved. The exclamation mark does not disappear when I go the manual path into the ticket which the notification will try to get me notify for. Custom script removed from deployment list - still being run by clients
I downloaded the Disable Flash Autoupdate script from the forum. The first version caused an error in 32 bit machines, and an error message popped up at login since I set the script to run at each login. The revised script works fine, but although I have deleted the original script from the custom script deployment task list, the clients still run it. Shouldn't the agent be updating with the current list of scripts to be run or no longer run?
Major bug report with Import XLS (data destructive!!!)
Hey guys - I found a pretty major bug with importing XLS requests. If I download the sampleXLS.xls, and attempt to import sheet 1 (Sample List), the import routine shows there is one record to create. If I open sampleXLS.xls in Excel 2013, and duplicate the Sample List tab (by right clicking the sheet name and selecting "move or copy" then selecting create a copy - which creates "Sample List (2)"), make no additional changes, save the file and attempt to import Sample List, it still shows a single
