Randomly when I create a mailbox for an existing Active Directory account using AD Manager I get the following status:

 

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

It doesn't happen all the time but I am unable to determine what the message means. I would like to get an explanation on what this message means and why does t come up when creating a mailbox.
