I have had this happen twice.

First instance was when installing to a Windows 8.1 Enterprise/x64 VM - within 30 seconds of pushing the agent to the VM, the host crashed with a PSOD. 

Next instance (8 days later) was when installing to a Server 2012 Std (x64) VM - again with 30 seconds of pushing the agent to the VM, the host crashed again with a PSOD. 

The host has been operational for almost 3 years, never had a crash on it before - no other indications of problems and two crashes both within 30 seconds of installing the agent is more than a coincidence.

Prior to this time, I had installed the agent on a Win 7 SP1/x64 VM without issue. After this, I'm not interested in testing to see if it's related to the VM OS.

Has anyone else installed the agent on to an 8.1 or 2012 VM under ESXi 5.1?
