HA problem after upgrade to PMP 6904
After upgrade from 6802 to 6904 my secondary server does not start anymore. I upgraded the primary and it works. I reinstalled the secondary as recommended, created the HAPack.zip, unpacked that, checked that pmp_key.key of primary is in the right location on secondary and accessible. Personal Passwords missing after upgrade
Hi there, We have recently done an upgrade of PMP from 6503 to 6904, plus changed the database from MySQL to PostgreSQL. Unfortunately, some of our users have reported that personal passwords have disappeared. When the users visit the personal passwords tab, it prompts them to enter a new encryption key, and then none of their passwords are present. Is this a known issue? We do have a backup of PMP prior to the upgrades, but would prefer to resolve this issue. Cheers, Neil

No Trap Parser defined for received trap
Dear I run OPM 10100 and it seems to run fine for months. I'm trying to add new Traps from a software on a defined device, but even if I load the MIB of the trap or I click "Create Trap processor" and just click ok, the traps are still in the Unsollicited trap. I tried to: - stop / start OPM - try snmp v1 and v2c/3 - delete mib / create trap processor from the Unsollicited trap button - delete/reimport the mib - create a DNS entry in the OPM Windows hosts file to be sure the hostname and IP matches

Auto Assignment not working
I set up a business rule to assign a technician when a ticket is created from a Requester's name. An email arrives and a ticket is created and unassigned. The system will not assign the new ticket. I have enabled the business rule The Request is raised from the same Site as that of the Business Rule ( The site is blank) The request that is coming in matches the criteria of the Business Rule And the option Override the Request values with Business Rule value is checked already! Different groups, different emails
I've got few support groups, but when SDP+was implemented, we've using only in IT dep, by now, this SD service needs to be implemented to a different departments, such as security. So we've created another email in Exchange 2010 called sb.support2@company.com that is forwarded to it@company.com (primary email in SDP+) I've made some settings in group - screenshot 1.jpg But run into few problems: (when I send email to a sb.support2) 1. Email replies to ServiceDesk from Technicians do not register
We've been experiencing an odd issue of late with our ServiceDesk Plus install. When a requester replies to a ServiceDesk email, the server logs the reply correctly. However, if a technician replies to an SD email, nothing shows up in the ticket, nor does the requester get the email. This happens even if the technician is the requester and replying to an email for further information. Since we use ServiceDesk to track all communication regarding a ticket, this gets one-sided quickly and can be problematic

Some Lenovo models fail when looking up warranty details
I get the error "Warranty Details cannot be fetched because the given details are wrong" when looking up Model 7269D2U, SN MJ20509. We have a AIX server monitor, where there are some File monitors (section "Monitors in this system"). The Health status for one of these File monitors has the status critical. Issue with importing requests into ServiceDesk Plus
I have setup a new installation of ServiceDesk Plus. When I import an xls file contain all the requests from our old (not servicedesk) into SD all imports fine except that the Completed Date and Resolved Date, which I have mapped to a closed date do not import correctly. The date that is logged is from the date and time that I imported the requests e.g. yesterday. Is there a fix for this? I have put these dates in the same format that is required when importing the Created Date which imports correctly.

Contact Reply Loading
Our Support Center Tech is reporting that we cannot view the customer's reply in many tickets. Normally they would click on the red colored envelope next to the customers name, and the customers reply would be displayed. OpManager Upgrade to 11100 Problems
I recently upgraded to build 11100. I also upgraded the NetFlow Plug-in and the IPAM / SPM Plug-in. Allow logon to terminal server
Hi, We have a problem with our user creation template. Helpdesk create users with multiple templates, and sometimes the parameter "Allow logon to terminal server" is not configured as well in the Active Directory user account. Helpdesk can't change this parameter in the template, it's check by default. So helpdesk must uncheck the parameter "Deny this user permissions to log on to remote desktop session host server" in the Active Directory user account. Do you know this issue ? Regards.

10200 Removes Custom Toolbar
I had created a custom toolbar within the navigation menu of our 10100 build. It included links to all other web-based management tools available in our organization...made it easier for technicians to browse to the device management. After 10200 that's gone. Not a HUGE problem, but just FYI...not great.
All Alarms: Not showing correct results
When I select a different page size in the Alarms -> All Alarms screen, leave that screen, then come back, it will always show 25 results, while the page size shows the option that I selected before. When I initially select the page size, it shows the correct amount of results. This also occurs when looking at specific device results if there are enough results to view. System details: OpManager 10 on Windows 08 R2. Viewing on Max OS X 10.8.5 using Chrome 30.0.1599.69.
Issue with SPam Filter "Subject begins/end with"
Currently running ServiceDesk Plus V8.2.0 Build 8215. When I define a rule for the SPAM filter, and the rule is "Subject begins with" or "Subject end with", the rules toggle every time you save. So every "Subject begins with" becaomes "Subject end with" while every "Subject end with" becaomes "Subject begins with". You can sit there pressing "Save", watching them change each time. Hyper-V Systems not showing in Top N Min/Max/Average CPU/Memory usage widgets
I created a new business view, added 4 physical SQL servers, and 4 Hyper-V Host machines. Then I created a new dashboard, and added two widgets, the Top N Min/Max/Average CPU and Memory widgets. I then filtered the widgets by All Categories, but only for this business view with 8 devices. The problem is that the Hyper-V hosts do not show up in the widgets at all.

HA stopped working after reboot
Hi, I had HA working with my PMP installation until I rebooted the Primary. Now it reports as 'Not Running" and the sqlreplication log shows: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: <secondary server> I tried rebooting both servers and still it is not working. Can't create request for a exact user
When technician created an request for an exact user that have quotes in name ex: Albert "A" Sayapov the incident didn't created and error is shown: "You cannot create a request for this user. The user belongs to a site for which you do not have access" But when I rename this user from: Albert "A" Sayapov, to: Albert A Sayapov request is created successfully! This bug is still in 8214 build (I've found it in late 81xx) My version is 8215 When you'll fix it?
