Currently running ServiceDesk Plus V8.2.0 Build 8215.

 

When I define a rule for the SPAM filter, and the rule is "Subject begins with" or "Subject end with", the rules toggle every time you save. So every "Subject begins with" becaomes "Subject end with" while every "Subject end with" becaomes "Subject begins with". You can sit there pressing "Save", watching them change each time.
