OpManager URL monitoring
Hi. I'm looking to monitor URLs on a number of webservers from OpManager. I'm having mixed success. Standard HTTP to any web server (TCP 80) is working fine. We also want to monitor a custom port of 6757 on the same webservers. HTTP TCP connections are established between the OpManager probe and the webserver on port 6757 on them and an error 403 is returned (as expected and wanted by us). OpManager then reports for one that the port is up and running but on a different one that the service is down
Cisco WLC applications Unclassified
While evaluating the 11.6 beta of Netflow Analyzer I've run across a problem regarding the WLC netflow integration. I can see data coming in from the specified SSID on the WLC, however the applications remain "Unclassified". Is this function not supported in Netflow Analyzer or have I missed some piece of configuration? The WLC is running code 7.4.121.0.
Lots of blank spaces when copying and pasting from email (SDP 9007)

Hello. I have a new installation of ServiceDesk Plus and I have a problem with the login page. It is not loading nor appearing any error either, it is just in blank. All the installation process was completly Ok and without any problems. I tested locally over the network in Internet Explorer 11, Chrome and Safari and the result is the same. -Blank page- It's running on Windows Server 2012 Rok Fundation 64bits, firewall is turned off, no antivirus installed and there isn't any other software installed.

Unable To Sort By Numeric Fields
Hi, We have one numeric field in the service desk, which contains a priority number given by the requester. We have a custom report that we use to display this priority list, but we seem to be able to sort our report by all fields except for this numeric field. Is this a bug that it isn't possible to sort / group by numeric fields? It doesn't appear in the group by or sort by list when creating the report. Regards,
Cannot edit Requester Name using edit button
In a request, using the "Edit" button found in the "requester Details" we are unable to update the requester fields. The text box changes to look editable but it is not possible to change the "Requester Name" in this field..
ServiceDeskPlus Scheduled Domain scan wont pick up new machines
Hi Guys, We've noticed a recent trend with our new machines we've deployed. Some machines are picked up by the AssetExplorer Agent during our weekly automated Domain Scan, but others fail. The Windows image on these machine are deployed from a base image we use on all machines. Error with licence fresh install of CMDB Plugin
Hi! I installed CMDB plugin and whe i went to the tab in OpManager, it wouldn´t log in to the ServiceDesk instance (the user was empty and a long password appear). So I went to the service desk web (typing the SD port on the opmanager server) with default Administrator/administrator user, I created the same admin user in SD that the OpManager uses adn after that the CMDB Tab worked! When I was on the SD I noticed that the licence of the ServiceDesk was on trial mode, so I put the OpManager licence

Service Catalog Templates disappear after editing them
Hi i raised this issue a few months ago and the solution given to resolve was this below. Firstly as Admin i should not have to keep stop/starting the system every time i edit/tweak a template in the service catalog. As if i edit an existing work request template and save it and then refresh and go into the service catalog the updated template is not there. Only on doing the steps below does it reappear. Unable to enable login to requesters
I am on ManageEngine On Demand. I am no longer able to enable login to some newly added requesters. I get a "Exception occurred when enable login to requester". If I edit the specific requester and then try to enable login I get the error "Error while saving requester details". I have a total of 13 technicians and 211 requesters. All 13 technicians and about 190 requesters have their login enabled. The remaining requesters I am unable to enable login.

Under the Purchase PO when we try to edit an existing PO we can no longer search and add someone different as a requester.. 2 things don't happen: 1. No auto fill or suggested requesters pop up 2. problem with business rules and default requester template
I have a problem. I have set of bussiness rules and it's work ok but i modify the default requester template with which the client generates their requester and now some rules don´t work. it seems the template had not been modified.
Scope of Management Add Computers Clear All Option
There desperately needs to be a Clear All Option for the 'Selected Computers' section of the Admin > Scope of Management > Add Computer(s). Once you have computers in this list you have to manually click the little red X one by one to remove them. And no matter how many times you log out & log in.. Update the server.. Your recent selected computers are still there waiting for you. One of my Peers accidentally selected the entire AD OU. Now across ALL Admins we have 2,245 systems to clear from this

Ticket list flickers when moving the mouse over it
Hi guys, Just upgraded from 9004 to 9046 today, I note that now when I move the mouse down/up the list of tickets that the list flickers for all tickets below the current row. Seems to be that when the cursor moves over the 1 pixel line between the rows and the yellow highlight is removed the row height expands (downwards), when the cursor moves over a row the row height contracts (shrinking upwards in height), hence why all rows below the current row flicker. Telnet fails for all hosts
Hi I cannot get a telnet login to work on any systems from my Opmanager. Opmanager Essential, build 11300. I have tried Qnx, linux, Unix, even a Cisco switch. Opmanager reports CLI failure due to "Incorrect Login Parameters" for everything I have tried. I can telnet from the Opmanager server to the devices and login with the credentials, so there are no problems with comms or credentials. The applnerr38.txt log file shows this error. 08:24:53:161 APPLNERR: Login Failure: for the agent = 10.60.135.10
Technicians Request view corrupted
After changing 250+ requests using the advanced search feature, a technician's view on the request tab has become corrupted. It's only affected the one technician and I don't want to restore the DB as all the others are unaffected. All requests, Actions, Settings on the header will not function. Please advise - how to reset the individual technicians views (even to a default set of views).

I created custom report on requests with advanced filtering defined (see Correct report filter.png). After saving this report and re-opening it filter rules order changes (see Filter configuration after report saving.png) thus my report shows incorrect data.
Patches Getting Approved Unintentionally
My instance of Desktop Central is set for Manual Approval of patches. I do not intend to approve any patch for general release until it has been tested - usually 30 days after release. I find now that several patches that have a release date of this week are marked as "Approved". The Approval Settings are set to Manual. The Action Log doesn't show any record of the approvals. Not all patches are getting approved and I can't find any correlation to which are getting approved and which are not.

Hi, We are unable to set up email within SD Plus, not matter what settings we try it fails to connect to Exchange 2010. Here are the steps we've tried: Set up a new user with a mailbox Logged into that mailbox and sent/received email from it Ensured POP3 & IMAP4 are enabled on the mailbox Tried using the DNS name and IP address of the Exchange serverNot matter what we try we are unable to send or receive email through SD Plus and have no idea why. Hello, In our "Scanned Software Assets" overview all the "excluded" and "freeware" software is listed as "Under Licensed". How can we fix the compliance type for all the software to compliant?
