My instance of Desktop Central is set for Manual Approval of patches.  I do not intend to approve any patch for general release until it has been tested - usually 30 days after release.

I find now that several patches that have a release date of this week are marked as "Approved".

The Approval Settings are set to Manual.  The Action Log doesn't show any record of the approvals.  Not all patches are getting approved and I can't find any correlation to which are getting approved and which are not.

How can I make sure patches are not approved until someone manually approves them?
