When the update was finished, I tried to restart the server:

- Start Service "ManageEngine ADManager Plus"

- Execute StartDB.bat

When i try to open the webpage I get an error "The page can't be displayed. If we try to start the Server as an application( Start → All Programs → ADManager Plus  →   Start ADManager Plus) we get this Error:

Running the "run.bat" script results in the same error. Can anyone help me solving this problem ?
