I cannot get a telnet login to work on any systems from my Opmanager.

Opmanager Essential, build 11300.

I have tried Qnx, linux, Unix, even a Cisco switch. Opmanager reports CLI failure due to "Incorrect Login Parameters" for everything I have tried.

I can telnet from the Opmanager server to the devices and login with the credentials, so there are no problems with comms or credentials. 

The applnerr38.txt log file shows this error.

08:24:53:161 APPLNERR: Login Failure: for the agent = 10.60.135.10

Here is a screenshot showing the telnet config vs the actual telnet experience for the QNX server that I need to monitor.  Any ideas what is wrong?
