Logs full of handshake_failure exception messages
Our logs are full of handshake_failure exception messages, occurring every second or so. I am unsure when it started because I have not had cause to look in the logs recently. Can someone comment on the possible cause and solution? Email fetch does not delete the email
I am having an issue with email fetching. We recently switched to Office365. When the email fetch operation occurs, the email is marked as read but is not deleted, so servicedesk continues to fetch the same email over and over again unless somebody logs into the mailbox and manually deletes the email. Has anybody else had this issue? How do I fix this.
HTTP Status 400 - Invalid path /LoginPage was requested
I just installed NetFlow Analyzer to give it a shot and I can't get it to run, even after a reboot. The error I get is: I did some searching on here before registering, and the only item I could find with the error above was from 2013 and the recommended solution was updating it, so I don't think that's the solution here as I downloaded the current version today. Nothing else runs on this server (fresh install of Server 2012 R2), so I'm at a loss as to what could be going on here. Any ideas?
Dashboard - Request Summary Off
Hello, after updating to 9114 (Postgres) I've noticed that the Request Summary widget on the Dashboard doesn't appear to be correct. This screenshot was taken Tuesday at 5:50 PM, yet shows no requests for the day. The requests being shown for Sunday actually came in Monday, and the requests shown for Monday came in today (Tuesday).
After updates I can't load Opmanager
After Windows updates and a restart I can't open OpManager. At first I was getting an error about needing to change my port since port 80 was being used. I went and ran ChangeWeServerPort and it changed the port to 9090. No more error but when I open the program a java box prompts me to run but nothing else. I've restarted again and made sure the service was running. What do I need to do? Suggestions?

When running a report for Computers, by OS I am not seeing the popup window to display the OS types, this is happening in Chrome, and IE.
Data is lost in the opmanager
A Linux virtual server installed on VMware, both the "CPU Utilization" and "Memory Utilization" monitors every 15 minutes, but check the detail is observed missing data. In reviewing the dynamic graph for "CPU Utilization", the red box shows the data every 15 minutes, whereas the blue box some polls are lost (see picture CPUUtilization.png). However in "Memory Utilization " by the same time and same server , data were recorded every 15 minutes without loss (see image MemoryUtilization.png).
Xen Server monitoring
Hello People, I'm having trouble when trying to add a Citrix Xen Server machine to the monitor. I was reading that now OPManager supports Xen Server natively and you can add it automaticly like VM Ware. Am I right? VM Ware works great for me, I add the machine IP, create the credentials for VM Ware and click on add. That's it. But with Xen Server, I can't even creat a credential for Xen like I can for VM Ware, and when adding the server It is not recognized as Xen, but Linux server. So it doesn't
Spam filter stopped working
Hi Guys, When i upgraded to version 9100 my spam filter stopped working, specially the automatic reply. but it still appears on the ticketing and we have to delete them manually.
After upgrade to 9115, replying to tickets does not autopopulate "To" field
This morning we completed the upgrade and ever since when replying to any type of ticket, it ignores the requestor and cc information and does not populate any of the address fields like it once did. Attached a sample screenshot... Have not applied any templates, but doing does not change the behavior. I'm not seeing any particular settings for this in the mail servers settings, notifications or reply templates. Any ideas? Thanks. Steps for duplication, open any request or incident > click reply.

Issue in Servicedesk 9114
Hello Support, Last weekend i updated servicedesk plus till the latest version 9114 and i notice now there is a problem with the Configuration Wizard --> Helpdesk -> Notification Rules the default tab is Requests and when trying to change tab too for example Change / solution / task or mobile push notification. Nothing happens this seems too be because of Java script? tested it in all 3 most known browsers and nothing happens. Are there more people with this problem since the update? or is it a matter

I can setup email and utilize the test button, and receive an email. I never receive an email when an alert or a report is generated. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
Email fetching is failing because SDP cannot delete the email from the server
We have a particular email that keeps crashing fetching. The error says that SDP cannot delete the email from the mail server, and that we should manually delete the email from the server. However, my IT team tells me they cannot find the email on the mail server, so we cannot delete. We are then in an endless loop, because every time we restart fetching, SDP fetches the same email and then crashes on the delete part. No other emails make it in. Please help! Diana
Contract Billing
Hello We ran contract billing for some of our clients for testing Unfortunatelly we prepared contracts with some mistakes in dates. (For instance, 2 contracts start in the same month - take a look on the enclosed screens) Right now we get mail day by day - " Bill cannot be generated between two contracts" Is it possible to turn off/delete contract billing for all acounts completely??? There's no possibility to remove wrong defined contract or service plan (or even edit it) and this is very painfull!
Resolution auto closing
We are having a problem where Requests are created and the resolution is automatically filled in with nothing, MESDP then thinks that the resolution has been entered. When technicians close a job the closure rule thinks a resolution is entered when in fact its not, allowing our Organization to miss out of valuable Solutions. We have gone through all our templates to make sure that they haven't got any characters, symbols, numbers or spaces entered. The only odd thing we could find: we edit a template

Sites do not show up in the Available Sites box.
I'm trying to assign a technician to a specific site. The available site box is empty. In the Associate site, it has "Not in any site". Is this a restiction with SDP On-Demand or is at a different issue? I have created multiple sites.
Site List - rendering Exception
Today I rolled out our production site and updated to 9114. Database is Postgres. I'm getting a rendering exception when I view Sites the headings are reversed. Where is says Regions it should say the names of regions (North America, Europe, etc) but instead it has the Site names.

Cannot add Powershell script to the repository
I am trying to add a powershell script to the repository with the .ps1 extension which it says is supported. In the add script to repository menu the only boxes I get are script name and description. When I try to browse to the network share, it will not see the script. Cannot amend the content of Subject

Site cannot be deleted as it is being used by a module
I am currently trying to clean up some sites for my office and constantly run into the error message above but I can't seem to find where these sites have records. Are there any queries I can run to see where these records could be?

Am new to Eventlog analyzer we have default credentials. to enter in to http://server:8400 we are unable to login. so we tried to login locally in the server http://localhost:8400/ but still it wont allowing us to login to web portal. i tried with the restarting the service but no luck.
Lost contact with tablet
Hi I did some tests with a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, everything was fine, I blocked web site, applications all what I need. Can't access OpManager web server

Empty Error Message when submitting a request
When a user submits a request based on a specific template, it always fails with a blank error message (Only the red X shows up to the right of where the error would normally appear). Nothing shows up in the System Logs so I have no idea where the culprit might lie. I've gone through the template four or five times searching for anything unusual or incorrect but cannot find anything odd about it. Here is a screenshot of the 'blank error'. Exchange 2010 Mail Settings
I am unable to setup Service Desk Plus with an email on exchange 2010 everytime i try to edit the settings i get this. FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox. I was told by a support rep. that manage engine doesn't support exchange 2010, and had no estimated date that they would support 2010. Surely there is some way to make it work... please any help would be appreciated.
