We have a particular email that keeps crashing fetching. The error says that SDP cannot delete the email from the mail server, and that we should manually delete the email from the server. However, my IT team tells me they cannot find the email on the mail server, so we cannot delete. We are then in an endless loop, because every time we restart fetching, SDP fetches the same email and then crashes on the delete part. No other emails make it in.

Please help!
