I am unable to setup Service Desk Plus with an email on exchange 2010 everytime i try to edit the settings i get this.

 

 

FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox.

 

I was told by a support rep. that manage engine doesn't support exchange 2010, and had no estimated date that they would support 2010.   Surely there is some way to make it work... 

 

please any help would be appreciated.
