Cannot amend the content of Subject

Cannot amend the content of Subject

Get this error message "FAILURE :Exception occurred while performing the operation" when I try to amend the subject field after creating a log.

My version is 9.1 Build 9109 (ServiceDesk Plus)

Can you provide assistance on this?
