Import Organization on MSP Edition
Hi, we have problem when import organizations by csv file. The csv file is ok and the import work fine but import only a one organization and not all present in my csv file. Request approval bug
I'm using SDP 9118. I went to resend the approvals for one of our requests. Of the 3 people that were designated as approvers, only two of them needed to be sent the approval request email. When I check those two users and clicked the Send button, I noticed the "Sent on" date for ALL of the approvers was set to the current time. The very first approver shouldn't have had the "Sent on" time changed since I never sent an approval request to that person. I've included a screenshot. Maybe this is expected

Requester changed to technician diasppeared
I performed a 'Change as Technician' on a requester in my system and the user can no longer be found in the Configuration Wizard - Requester List, the Configuration Wizard - Technician List or any of the 'Technician' dropdowns in the system. The "invisible user" is still able to log in to the system and is presented a Technician UI. I can no longer manager the user as a technician, i.e. add the tech to support group, etc. I can find the technican with the following query: select hw.technicianid"Technicianid",a.first_name"Technician",sd.status"Status"

New scanned Assets not showing up in any asset list after change Produkt type
Hello, i found a problem, when changing the product type. I scanned an Airport Express, SDP recognize it as "NETASQ IPS-Firewall" and sort it in the "Firewall" product type. If i change the product type of "NETASQ IPS-Firewall" from Firewall to Access Points, everything is correct. But if i scan another Airport Express, the asset is correctly sorted into Access Points, but it doesnt show up in the list nor in the Firewall list. Hi All, I have a problem on some interfaces, the data is available on the interfaces but the graph showing as below. I tried rediscovering the interfaces,adding the devices and repairing the database. But issue still persist. Database is POSTGRESQL.
E-Mail Notification for Support Groups
I have checked the option "Send Notification to group technician(s) when a request is added to this group" for a couple og my support groups. I have also chosen two technicians which shall be notified. Unfortunately ServiceDesk does not send any E-mail if a request is assigned to the group. CI fiels model and product name
Hi, We just started using ServiceDesk Plus (version 9200). For the CIs from the server and workstation class, there is a field "model" and a field "product name". The model field can be edited, the product name field appears nowhere in the edit screens. This field is often incorrect for many of our assets. How can I change the value of the model name field if it does not appear in the edit screens of these assets?
Assigning a request to a group -> error
Hello, When I open the created request and I would like to assign it to a specific group, I must also assign it to a technician into the group. However, when I edit the request, I can assign the request to a group without selecting the technician. Is there any possibility to assign the request to a group without editing the request ? After update to build 9210 Mail fetching and Inventory page is not working.
Hi. I updated our servicedesk from build 9101 to 9120 last wednesday and everything was working okay Thursday. Then friday the servicedesk inventory page did not respond and displayed err_Empry_respons and after some time the entire servicedesk did not respond. We did a reboot on the Server and now the mail fetching is also not working, whitch it did before the reboot. So now we are having problems with mail fetching and inventory page. Any suggestions on how to solve this? Br Soren
Report scheduled show data for all devices not business view
Hi, we have aetup a report that is restricted to a specific Business View. When we schedule the report the generated PDF is no more restricted to the configured Business View however we see data for all the devices. How can we easily create and schedule a report that will be limited to a specific Business View and this for each kind of report ? That mean i like to schedule report for CPU utilization, memory utilization and availability for a specific business view. Cheers
AD authentication issue
Hi All We have an issue with AD authentication. Some users can't use their AD credentials, the domain name just disappears from the list on the logon screen. So they can login just as a local user. The domain name disappears from the choice during entering of the logon name. At the same time the most of others people can login ok. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
Mail fetch service failing
Our mail fetch service is failing at random intervals through the day. We are on Version 9.1 Build 9112. Nothing has changed with our mail server (Exchange 2010), networking or server. One thing we have noticed is the Java process is eating up very large quantities of our CPU and memory on the server. Anyone else seeing this issue with build 9112?

Removing Approval stages from SRs
How do I delete approval stages off of Service Requests? I've got a ticket that somehow ended up with a blank stage. Here's what it ends up looking like. The approver in Stage 2 was wrong, so the tech tried to delete and replace it, but it would only let him add another stage not another approved to Stage 2. Now, the approved in stage 3 can't approve it because they get the 'already approved' notice.

Monitor HP Brocade Switch SN3000B shows no Traffic on the Interfaces
Hi We just added a new HP Brocade SAN Switch SN3000B to Opmanager. Under Interfaces, I was expecting that the RX / TX Traffic is shown and that I have some more details on each interface. It can read the Interface Speed (4,8,16GB) but not the traffic. Any Idea how to fix that? Is there a template I can use to chech the temp and powersupply status? thx Joerg
Problem with Title Field from Incident Template
When I create an incident template, I have problems with the title field. When I save a template, the title field disappears and the subject field is not displayed correctly as shown in the screen shot. I cannot remove the title field without messing up the way the fields are displayed. It's very odd.
User interface problems
Hi everyone, I'd like to report some user interface problems I've found with both Firefox and Microsoft Edge. I'm running Windows 10. Here's what I've found so far: I can't edit monitors under the "old interface" if the machine in question is a virtual machine. Even under the "old interface", virtual machines still have the "API" look to them. Clicking the edit button does nothing. It works fine under the API interface. AD authentication issue
Hi All ! We have an issue with AD authentication with some accounts. During entering login name on the logon screen, our domain name just disappears from the list. And affected users can login just as local accounts which are not available. At the same time AD authentication works fine for the most other people. Restart of the server didn't help. Any ideas? Unable to create a new solution
Hi, We have recently upgraded to Build 9200, which I have noticed is no longer being advertised on the service packs site? We are no longer able to create a new solution in SD+, we are able to click on the new solution but unable to populate the contents box, we can though populate a title, select topic and fill in keywords. Another issue which has cropped up is the advanced search button on the requests section isn't visible, if we click on the space where the button should be it loads advanced

Hi all, We're just setting up an installation of SD+ for the first time and have hit a problem configuring the asset management part. I'm trying to delete some of the pre-configured Product Types as a number of them are irrelevant to our environment. Business Rules don't seem to work if they are in the body
Hi SC, We have some Business Rules that have been set up in upper and lower casing to cover all eventualities and if the words appear within the subject heading it works fine. If you add the same rules to the body of the email and the words are present the rules don't take? Any ideas please, does anyone else experience this issue we are on 8002 but can't see anything in the release notes for anything up to 8004 that seems to resolve this issue. Regards Rich
SLA Bug in Service Desk Catalog
I've just found a bug regarding SLAs specifically in requests created through the Service Catalog Templates. First, it seemed as though the SLAs didn't work at all with requests created in the Service Catalog. When I created a test request, the Priority would set properly based on the Urgency and Impact because of the Priority Matrix. Problem loading files in MIB Browser
Hi all, I´m not able to load a file in Manage Engine Mib Browser. The error is: Could not parse the file xxx.txt The error occured at the line no: 2241, column: 31. Expecting the right brace. I´ve checked the line but everything is ok. On the other hand, if I change the file extension to .mib and try to load it the error is diferent ... Could not parse the file xxx.mib Encountered "\u00f" at line 1, column 1. Was expecting a Module Name and that should be in upper casde or at least in proper case.
Why is the Netflow database so large for only 2 interfaces?
I'm using Netflow Analyzer with a MS SQL backend and it's logging an insane amount. It is somewhat a similar situation as this post , however after running the raw log cleanup, it's back to consuming 80GB+ in a matter of days. We only have two interfaces logging and according to the Raw data calculator, 10GB should cover two weeks and I only have set to three days. How can I get this db under control?
Server wont start after upgrade to 91112
I performed an update to 91112 and then it was for every 'Starting' a few reboot didn't resolve. uninstalled, reinstalled old version 90170 and restored backup. now doesn't start as 'Previous Patch not applied properly' shouldn't the Backup not had this flag set before it performed a Backup? Multiple Notifications
Hi We have noticed that we have an error where multiple notifications are sent. This seems to be specific to when assigning a technician to a ticket. I have attached a screenshot that shows the ticket history and that a technician was assigned 4 times in the same minute. This is happening on some tickets but not all This means that as we have notifications sent to a user that they receive multiple emails for this. Thanks Dan
Terminal Services Report
I noticed that whenever I run the Users Terminal Service Property report in AD Manager it gives me every user object in the OU whether the TS fields are populated or not. Also the report the takes a long time to run. The last time I tried to run that report it took 13 hours to complete. Is anyone else having these issues?
Time incorrect
Hi The time on our DC9 server is exactly 12 hours behind. So times are reading AM instead of PM and vice versa I've been through the steps found in a previous post : https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/time-incorrect-in-desktop-central Running the jar file shows timezones match on each change\restart of the service , but still time stamps in the server console are 12 hours out. OpManager wrong performances monitors
Hi, On one of our servers in Inventory Details we can see three datastore like this : But Performances Monitors on one part as a weird Name : And on the other part each monitor displays the same datastore when i tested it.
