Assigning a request to a group -> error
Hello,
When I open the created request and I would like to assign it to a specific group, I must also assign it to a technician into the group.
However, when I edit the request, I can assign the request to a group without selecting the technician.
Is there any possibility to assign the request to a group without editing the request ?
