Migration Netflow from NFA 9.0 to NFA 9.5 [SOLVED]

I try to migrate Netflow from NFA 9.0 to NFA 9.5 but i have this message
Enter the patch file to install:/tmp/AdventNet_ManageEngine_NetFlow_Analyzer_9_0_0_SP-2_0.ppm
Unable to load Disk Space related native library.
Exception in thread "Thread-0" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: getFreeSpace
at com.adventnet.tools.update.installer.DiskSpace.getFreeSpace(Native Method)
at com.adventnet.tools.update.installer.ApplyPatch.run(ApplyPatch.java:152)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
How to resolve it?
