E-Mail Notification for Support Groups

E-Mail Notification for Support Groups

I have checked the option "Send Notification to group technician(s) when a request is added to this group" for a couple og my support groups. I have also chosen two technicians which shall be notified. Unfortunately ServiceDesk does not send any E-mail if a request is assigned to the group.

I have already verified that the application is able to send E-mails.
