Netflow Analyzer 11001, Collector stops
Hi, we have just install the version 11001. It can be run for a few hours, but then collector stops at 12:30. Hallo, ich setzte ADAudit Plus in der aktuellen Version als TrailVersion ein. Ich habe eine OU Gruppe als Technicans hinzugefügt. Nach erstmaligem einloggen werden die User bei ADAudit angelegt. Jedoch besteht das Problem, das wenn ich die User aus der OU Gruppe entferne, dies keine Auswirkung auf deren Zugang bei ADAudit hat. Ebenfalls hat eine Passwortänderung am DC keine Auswirkung auf den Zugang. Lediglich eine Deaktivierung des Users zeigt Wirkung. Gibt es hier bereits eine Lösung. Vielen Dank.
Setting 'Status' in template
When in form design, we set the 'status' field to Mandatory, uncheck 'Requester can set' and check 'Requester can view'. After saving the template, we go to the Requester view design, drag the status field to the layout and save. when we go back to the technician form design, the 'Requester can set' box is checked again. when we uncheck it and save, then go to the requester view, the status field isn't on the layout anymore. see attachments:
Can't see full list of event logs
Today i've found an issue that when i set some time interval and apply it and then press on an events count number it only shows 7-10 and do not show scrollbar, even though there are 200-300 of events and it is set to show 100 per page. Same happening with Firefox and IE11. Maybe the latest browsers updates has changed something. Patches needed but not showing in Desktop Central
I have a server(s) that report in Desktop Central that they need only 3 updates. When I check if the machine needs update locally (Windows Update) the server needs 21 update. I have updated the Patch DB everyday and reran the patch scan on the server. Still nothing changes. The updates that are needed are a week old. I search for a few of the missing updates in Desktop Central "All Patches", example 3098785 and 3134222, and they are not listed in "All Patches" Please advise

Build 9200 Corrupted Error
I have tried downloading and installing the 9200 ServicePack three times and each time I'm getting this Error: The file may be corrupted or check for the available disk space. The drive has 33GB of free space, so that should be plenty. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Unable to close request due to phantom/ghost tasks
We're using SDP 9207. On one of our service requests, we're unable to close it due to tasks not being completed. The request only has 22 tasks associated with it, but the Task tab reports there are 44 tasks (22/44). When in the "All Tasks" view, it only lists 22 tasks. What is causing this? ServiceDesk plus Android App displays wrong Category Item
I just installed the ServiceDesk Plus App (ver 1.4, updated 2015-Mar-10 ) for Android and noticed an obvious error in Request Details. The Category is displayed correct, but Subcategory and Item is always showing the first items in the lists, not the ones that is selected when displaying the request using the browser. Setting new values from the app however seems to work (when verifying in browser), but not displaying them in the app afterwards. Regards, Andreas

SD+ cannot connect to POP3 mailbox
Hi, We have SD+ that is unable to connect to the helpdesk mailbox. In the mail settings we have checked all settings and when saving we are getting " Failure: E-mail settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox." POP3 port (110) is responding when using telnet. The username and password is OK - have tested that as well. I have tried all troubleshooting steps as listed on the help page. However not sure where the

Probes not registered with Central Server
Hey guys I am both asking a question and reporting a problem. We have a premium licence for App Manager and Netflow plug-ins which, to my knowledge, we are able to use across multiple probes. However the licence only seems to have applied to our main probe and not the subsequent ones, as App Manager and Netflow appear to be running on trials. I noticed though that on the Central server, only our main probe seems to be connected to it and not the others. Could this be the issue with the licencing?

A user has created a ticket. After IT Servicedesk has completed the ticket with the required fields (categroy, subcategory, item, Service Category, ...) and clicks on 'Update Request' we receive the error message 'FAILURE :Exception occurred while performing the operation' How can we avoid this, is the only opportunity to recreate the ticket?

When a user tries to create a new request and they receive the auto suggested solution if they click the suggestion they cannot see the solution but instead just get a gray box (see attached).
Software Totals Incorrect
I am auditing our installed versions of flash. The "Installation(s)" number in the "Software Details" tab is lower in than the "Total" number on the "Installations" tab. Is there a way to correct this? Most are off by one but some a of by much more. Why would the totals be different on the two tabs? I am using 9.2 Build 9207

PMP Enterprise - Dual import / can no longer delete resources.

I have checked the setting: "Alert the following technician(s) by e-mail when a new request is created." yet I am not receiving the notifications. Bug while resolving a Request with a picture in the Resolution Tab
Hello I'm publishing this in the Forum so others can see this bug. I wonder why I can't find the your notified issue ID SD-58519 not in the known issue list. It's annoying that this issue isn't solved yet. As you can see futher down: Situation two doesn’t work: I write text and place a small picture of a screen shot into the Resolution Tab and Update request status to Resolved. After Requester information is added, the Support Group changes to "none". We have recently updated Servicedesk Plus to version 9.2, build 9207. Since the update all our Incident/ Service Request Templates have the same problem. If a Technician makes a ticket; after you added the Requester the specified Support Group changes to no group. This problem also occurs when a user uses the Self-Service Portal. This is a huge problem for us, we've tried to create a Business Rule to override this problem

Announcements only showing to "all user groups"
When I select any user groups to view a especific Announcement, he doesn't show to this group. The Announcements only work to all user groups. For example: I've created a "Announcement test" and two user groups. I put the "test" and "test2" in the "Avaliable User Groups". So, after that, the "Announcement test" shows normally to the users in "test" and "test2" groups (because there's no group selected in "Selected user groups", so the system release the Announcement to all groups).
