For example:

I've created a "Announcement test" and two user groups. I put the "test" and "test2" in the "Avaliable User Groups".

So, after that, the "Announcement test" shows normally to the users in "test" and "test2" groups (because there's no group selected in "Selected user groups", so the system release the Announcement to all groups).

But when I put only "test" user group in "Selected user groups" he doesn't shows the Announcement to this selected group.

Am I doing something wrong or this is a ManageEngine problem?
