Approvals and SLA's not getting applied
After upgrade to 9207, we have a template for Requesting a New Laptop. In the workflow, the approval will go to $DEPT_HEAD$ and the SLA should be 10 days. Once the requester submits the request, the approval does not get sent and the SLA does not get applied.
ERROR: Invalid ID Request
Hi! We have 8.1 SP9... when we try to send any email (response o forward), the email is sent to the final recipient mailbox but the system say "ERROR: Invalid ID Request", and the mail is not attached to the original Request and is not present inside the histori with the total mailing tracing . In addition, we can be approve, but the system respons the same (Invalid ID request), and when the user receive de email and try to click it, the system cannot find the approved request. Technician tap take forever to open
Dear All Gurus, We implemented our Service desk almost 4 years ago and it took us ages to upgrade it from 8.0 to the new version, and we thought that was the reason of our problem. The issue is that whenever we click on Technicians tap it take ages to open, the same thing happens when we want to edit a technician profile. Any clue on this issue? Thank you in advance.
OPM11v6 can not monitoring Hyper V with WMI

No notifications for additional e-mail on resolve reqest.
Hello Team! We have ServiceDesk build 9207 (newest). E-mail notifications successfully deliver to reqester's e-mail on resolve reqest but no e-mail sent to additional e-mail (from E-mails id(s) to notify field). Tested on many resolved reqests. Please see attached screenshots

Hello to Everyone We are using App Manager to monitor our Microsof 2012 Cluster. Don`t know why but every time I am getting error Health of MS Cluster is critical. Help can't renew license and error message
Please I am trying to renew my license for manage engine service desk plus standard and the link to do so isn’t opening i.e the drop down from help. I have been having pop-ups error message since it got to about 7 days to expire, when I see this message I realise I can’t right click and infact a lot of the modules don’t work. I already have made a request to get a license to renew even as I have a license downloaded since the 23rd of February, was just waiting on the initial license to run out.
Real Time Graphs
Hi all, I have some dashboards added to cctv to be displayed on a TV in the department. Some of the dashboards contain real time traffic graphs. They update well (every 10 seconds) but after lets say a day they stop updating. and they dont update even if you restart the server. they only start updating again after i repair the db ... but then after one day they stop again Please note the attached pic and note the time in the other graph is stuck. ManageEngine AD Manager Plus Won't Start
The ManageEngine ADManager Plus is not starting in our environment. Hi team, I have updated today from 9205 build to 9207 and then I started experiencing issues on the Assets tab, for some reason is not showing anything and then I´ve tried to look for the assets group and shows a list but whenever I try to open any of the assets I am getting the same error. Can't change Notification Sender address
When the domain is changed for and the sender details for notifications the system does not update the sending address when an actual request is opened. When the notification e-mail is received it still shows the old domain/email address and sender name, not the newly updated one even though it shows the correct info in the settings page. Inventory Scanning not occurring since update to Build 92029

Inventory tab not updating since apply build update last week.
I applied the build patch on Friday and Inventory page has not refreshed since. I can loo at recently installed software report and it show it there, but the computer audit summary and 5 most recent software changes have not updated or changed since the patch was applied to the server.

Netflow Plug-in Data issues
We are noticing that information in the devices tab is not all there. What's confusing to me is that I'm getting 1 min - 24 hour traffic graphs, but anything beyond that is showing as blank. Is it old stale data for the 1 min to 24 hour? or is there a process that's not compiling the data post 24 hours? We have the latest version of SerivceDesk and have turned on Pass Through Authentication. Going to the service portal homepage in Internet Explorer 11 you are presented with a blank white page for 15 - 20 seconds before the home page loads. Unable to Change as Technician for requester after AD import
When I go to the Edit Requester form for the person that needs to be a Technician I don't see the task labeled 'Change as Technician'. It's not under the Actions tab on the list view either. We are using ServiceDesk Plus MSP 9.0 build 9003 Thanks!

Oracle monitoring dosn't show some performance
Hi, We are going to test the Application Manager to monitor Oracle databases for this we have installed application manager on a linux server and we created the required user on database and successfully add a oracle server to it , now we can see some performance report but problem is that some of other performance monitor is empty and show "No Data Available" for example we can see "Performance of the Data files" but "Tablespace Details" and "Tablespace Status" are empty and show "No Data Available"
Blank Login Page when upgrading to 9200
Hi I have just gone through the upgrade cycles to upgrade 9114 to the latest 9206, when i upgraded to 9200, i am either getting a blank login page or unable to connect to the server when i browse to my servicedesk page I saw an issue resolved in 9206 is the blank login page issue, so i upgraded to this hoping this will resolve but it hasn't Can someone help me please?
Upgrade in Production failed 9120 to 9200
Need immediate assistance - I opened a ticket but can't reach support and this is a production system attempted an upgrade from 9120 to 9200 and the upgrade failed. This is a MSSQL environment where the db is hosted on a database server; The servicedesk backup routine when it starts the upgrade did not complete - the folder in the backups is empty. The log file updatemgrlog0.txt seems to indicate that it was aborting the upgrade but I can no longer get the services to start. I have tried rebooting.
Device Templates - Editing Thresholds - "Consecutive Times" changes not updating
If I edit a device templates thresholds and change the Consecutive Times form the default value of 1, click OK and then re-editing shows that it is still the value of '1'. Change value, Click OK and immediate Associate to devices (i.e. without re-editing), checking the monitor for the given device(s) shows its still the value of '1'. If I change the value directly from the devices Monitors screen and save, the change sticks. Result, I have to manually edit every process monitor individual per device

Request page consumes lots of memory after 1 day
Hi, We have the Request page displayed on a big wall mounted monitor, it reloads the Request list every minute. This system is always on. Each morning when we enter the office the reload of the page is halted, the browser has then consumed over 1 GB of memory and we need to restart the browser. We have tried with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, all have the same problem. Can this be fixed? Thanks,

Hi Thanks for the update but since the update there are some issues with the notes section, 1) when you open a note the cursor was already in the notes box so you can type right away but now its not anymore 2) when you type multiple paragraphs then the size of the font changes 3) (not important) the nice yellow background is not there anymore Thanks

Domain is blank for Opera Mac Patches
Yesterday, DTC started reporting that it could not reach all domains for patch downloads. The connection test shows only 1 domain failing for Opera Mac patches, and the domain is blank. See attached screenshot.
Disk Space on new devices
I've noticed an issue with newly built devices, not sure if it's effecting all devices at the ,moment. The inventory is showing new devices that they have no free disk space on the main inventory summery. Within hardware it's correct, the issue with also showing the same issue on reports.
